Hyperhomocysteinemia refers to a condition in which the homocysteine level in the blood exceeds the normal blood level.HHcy is a risk factor for the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and its complications, neurological diseases, etc.,and HHcy can interact with other risk factors in the human body to promote the occurrence and development of the disease. At present,Western medicine is mainly through oral folic acid,B vitamins, betaine to treat hyperhomocysteinemia. But due to HHcy's pathogenic factors are complex, which does not treat all patients with HHcy,Chinese medicine in the treatment of HHcy has a unique Advantage.Traditional Chinese medicine physique concludes that the physique and disease are related, the basis of the physique is the"common soil" of many diseases, the physical condition of the population determine whether there is a tendency to disease. It can prevent and treat disease by adjusting the patient's physique. Objective:To investigate the distribution of TCM constitution types and its relationship with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors in community of patients with high homocysteinemia in Dongcheng District,Beijing. Methods:Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of TCM physique of Chinese medicine practitioners, this study was conducted by using the cross-sectional research method. In this paper, according to the Chinese medicine constitution classification of Chinese medicine in 2009,it is conducted on the investigation of physical constitution of Dongcheng district in Beijing, collecting basic information(gender, age, height, weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio, smoking history, drinking history, past history)and laboratory tests(Hcy,blood lipids, creatinine, creatinine,Uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, blood glucose)to analyze the distribution of TCM constitution types in HHcy patients and the correlation with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors. Results:A total of 485 HHcy patients were collected:1.Demographic characteristics of gender:205 males, accounting for 42.27%,280 males, accounting for 57.73%.Age:age distribution, the youngest 40 years old,the largest 88 years, with a median of 69 years, with an average age of 68.57 years.Age distribution concentrated in the 50 to 79 years old,60?69,70 to 79 years old is the most,50 years of age is the least.2.The distribution of physical constitution:206 cases of normal constitution(37.8%),123 cases of Yin deficiency(22.6%),71 cases of qi deficiency(13%),69 cases of blood stasis(12.7%),(11.2%),phlegm-dampness in 59 cases(10.8%),qi stagnation in 28 cases(5.1%),special constitution in 10 cases(1.8%),damp heat in 28 cases(5.1%);There was a difference in the male and female of damp heat constitution(P=0.042).3.The test indicators in different TCM constitution differences:triglycerides are different between phlegm-dampness and normal constitution,phlegm-dampness in patients with high levels of triglycerides are more.4.The relationship between constitutions cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors:Phlegm-dampness was positively correlated with body mass index, and phlegm-dampness was negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein,qi deficiency, yang deficiency and age was positively correlated, yang deficiency was negatively correlated with smoking, and blood stasis constitution was positively correlated with coronary heart disease. Conclusion:In this study, the main biopsy of patients with homocysteine was yin deficiency,qi deficiency, blood stasis, yang deficiency and phlegm dampness.Triglycerides are different between phlegm-dampness and normal constitution,phlegm-dampness in patients with high levels of triglycerides are more.Phlegm-dampness and body mass index, high density lipoprotein have a certain relevance.qi deficiency, yang deficiency and age have a certain correlation, blood stasis and coronary heart disease have a certain relevance. These conclusions are helpful in clinical diagnosis and treatment...
