| Background:With the development of C-13 and C-14 breath test and the popularization of gastroscope technology,the detection rate of HP is more and more high.Because of its relationship with many diseases,more and more doctors and patients attach importance to it.Epidemiological survey showed that the prevalence of HP infection in our country is still very high,and the infection rate was 40%-60%.The treatment method of the commonly used for quadruple therapy or its derivative therapy,but currently recommended 6 kinds of antibiotics metronidazole,clarithromycin and levofloxacin resistance rate were higher,although the low rate of resistance and tetracycline but side effects,which affect the treatment effect,and the two kinds of antibiotics in quadruple therapy on patients the function of the spleen and stomach burden.The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,less adverse reactions,there is a clear study shows that traditional Chinese medicine can eradicate HP,and Chinese medicine in the treatment of HP at the same time can care for patients with spleen and stomach function,has a good clinical effect.In clinical studies,we found that the common cold heat jumble of patients with HP infection,then select the cold heat jumble patients as the research object,on the basis of this study.Objective:The xinkaikujiang method to treat cold heat jumble HP infection patients were observed to evaluate objectively the curative effect to the treatment period,clear effect,provide different methods and treatment ideas which can treat this disease for clinical.At the same time,it provides a new quantitative evaluation method for the clinical research of HP infection.Methods:36 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the outpatient department and the Department of Gastroenterology,China-Japan Friendship Hospital,during October 1,2015 to September 30,2016.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The control group treated with quadruple therapy for 14 days,the treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally for 3 weeks.The Chinese medicine syndrome effect and quality of life were compared between two groups of clinical curative effect,improve the conversion rate of HP,etc.,to observe and record adverse reactions.Results:1,According to the efficacy of the two groups of patients compared with x2=17.571,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that there were differences between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2,In the improvement of quality of life in the group,the patients in the treatment group were evaluated after treatment for three weeks and seven weeks,and the core symptoms,physiological status,psychological status and the special manifestations of the disease were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The control group after three weeks of treatment,the core symptoms,physical condition,and social ability has improved significantly;after seven weeks of treatment,patients in the core symptoms,physical condition,psychological status,social ability and special disease symptoms have improved dimensions than before.The results showed that the two methods could improve the quality of life of patients.3,Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in the two groups,and mainly in the core symptoms,physiological status,psychological status and special manifestations of the disease,and other aspects of the four.That new xinkaikujiang method has obvious advantages in cold heat jumble HP infection patients living quality improvement.4,The overall clinical efficacy in the treatment group,patients with HP eradication rate than the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),that of xinkaikujiang method for cold heat jumble HP eradication rate and Western quadruple therapy had no significant difference in clinical treatment can be used as alternative therapy or intolerant of quadruple therapy.5,In the course of treatment,the treatment group and the control group patients were no adverse reactions and dangerous events.6,We found that the GIQLI scale and the TCM syndrome and syndrome curative effect is consistent,but the scale of the evaluation system more specific,more intuitive and more quantitative,in the future development of Chinese medicine can be used as an evaluation index.Conclusion:Xinkaikujiang method and quadruple therapy to effectively eradicate HP in the treatment of cold heat jumble HP infection can improve clinical symptoms,and improve the physical and mental status of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.But the xinkaikujiang method to treat cold heat jumble HP infection in improving clinical symptoms,improve patients' physiological and psychological state,has the advantage to improve the overall quality of life of patients with other aspects,significantly higher than the control group. |
