Yishen Jianpi Tongli Huoxue Decoction For The Treatment Of Phlegm-dampness Amenorrhea Theory And Experimental Research

Amenorrhea is women in more than 16 years of age has not yet been menaeche,or interruption of the menstrual cycle has been established and more than 6 months,the former is called "primary amenorrhea,"and the latter referred to as"secondary amenorrhea".With the change of the social environment and way of life,the incidence of phlegmy wet amenorrhoea is increasing.In order to dig deeper into TCM clinical phlegmy wet amenorrhoea regularity of drug treatment,combine with the results to get a prescription,and from the aspects of molecular biology research institute proposed prescription to improve the curative effect of insulin resistance mechanism,this article from the following aspects are studied.The first part,finish the ancient modern physicians expounding phlegm wet amenorrhoea etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and this paper deeply analyzes the phlegm wet amenorrhoea,the relationship between insulin resistance and polycystic ovary syndrome,and study the molecular mechanism of insulin resistance occurs.The second part,to investigate the correlation between the TCM clinical phlegmy wet amenorrhoea drug laws,through the Chinese hownet(CNKI)retrieval and filter the relevant literatures from the 2013 to 2016,based on "TCM Heritage Auxiliary Platform System",and build database of typed prescription frequency statistics,analysis of formula law,New Zealand.The third part,based on the prescription and the law of phlegm wet amenorrhoea medication combined with professor Chai Songyan clinical medication experience to get a prescription,discusses the prescription-containing serum influencing the levels of glucose and steroid hormone.Results Get the frequency measurement of high frequency of the first eight taste of traditional Chinese medicine.Results of hierarchical cluster analysis to get 24 core group,12 new prescription.The result of experimental study,glucose,steroid hormone levels of the model group cell are lower than normal group,and glucose,steroid hormone levels of the precription-containing serum group are lower than the model group.Conclusion Firstly,the clinical treatment of TCM phlegm wet amenorrhoea is more from liver,spleen,kidney,and the therapy of phlegmy wet amenorrhea are spleen and kidney dampness,liver qi,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation.Secondly,12 new prescription data analysis income are in accordance with the clinical commonly used formula.Thirdly,based on medical law and professor Chai Songyan clinical experience,the prescription can significantly improve insulin resistance and reproductive function barrier,providing the scientific basis for the research of theory.
