| Objective: Using Meta analysis method and baseline analysis of different clinical efficacy index data,it can provide evidence-based basis and diagnosis and phlegm-damp polycystic ovary syndrome with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Summarize statistically the diagnosis and treatment plans included in the literature, and analyze the results and analysis. So as to provide theoretical support and evidence-based basis for clinical treatment of PCOS with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: All the comprehensive search on Randomized Controlled Trial(RCT)of treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of clinical observation of phlegm-dampness syndrome. With integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on clinical observation was founded in the database of CNKI,Wan-Fang Data,VIP,CBM,Baidu Xue shu databases and the foreign language databases, such as,Pubmed,Elsevier,Cochrane Library, etc. The search time covers from 2016 to 2020.All the retrieved documents will be loaded into Endnote X9 software to check the duplicates, and will be included according to the pre-determined.The literatures were screened and included according to the exclusion research criteria, and the literature quality evaluation and bias risk assessment of the included studies were carried out according to the Cochrane 5.1APP standards. Two softwares were used for data analysis and processing and systematic evaluation. Results: A total of 24 articles were included. The systematic review showed that the quality of the included literatures needs to be further improved. The drugs and their combined ovulation-stimulating drugs can improve ovulation disorders caused by PCOS,and no obvious side effects were found. The publication risk bias assessment shows that there is publication bias.1.The total effective rate of clinical curative effect [OR=1.78,95% CI(1.01,3.97),P=0.01],with good curative effect, and the difference is statistically significant.2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome [RR=-1.98,95%CI(-1.14,-0.82),P<0.01],has a good curative effect. The comparison between the two groups have statistically significant.3.Chinese medicine has good curative effect in adjusting menstruation RR=1.52,95%CI(0.25,3.29),P<0.01.The comparison between the two groups have statistically significant.4.Chinese medicine has statistical significance in improving pregnancy rate [RR=1.25,95%CI(1.10,1.43),P=0.01].5.Traditional Chinese medicine has statistical significance in improving ovulation [RR =1.22,95% CI(1.12,1.32),P<0.01].6.In the aspect of reducing BMI:MD =-2.09,95%CI(-3.22,-0.95),P<0.01],the comparison between the two groups has statistically significant.7.In terms of improving hormone levels in traditional Chinese medicine,LH: MD=-0.19,95%CI is(-0.30,-0.09)P<0.01,LH/FSH:MD=-0.23,(-0.29,-0.18),P < 0.1,T value: MD=-0.18,95%CI is(-0.35,-0.01),P < 0.1,indicate that the two groups have statistically significant differences in improving serum LH,LH/FSH,and T values.8.In reducing triglyceride levels [SMD=0.23,95%CI(-0.75,1.21)],P>0.1,there is no significant difference between the two groups of data. The included literatures are not enough to prove that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has advantages in reducing triglyceride levels.9.Chinese medicine has no statistical significance in reducing insulin resistance index [SMD=-0.95,the range of 95% confidence interval is(-2.25,0.35)],and the Z test result shows:P=0.65>0.1,which indicateds the two groups have no statistical significance in improving insulin resistance.10.In terms of improving IVF-ET,the number of eggs obtained, the number of embryos, the fertilization rate, the rate of good embryos, and the rate of embryo implantation in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.01).11.In the aspect of reducing adverse reactions: RR=0.20,95%CI(0.090.43),P<0.1.The comparison between the two groups have statistically significant. Conclusions:In general,it can be concluded that: 1.The results of Meta analysis show that the total clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine group in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is better than that of the western medicine group;Chinese medicine treatment can increase the clinical cure rate and reduce the TCM syndrome score, which promotes the recovery of normal menstruation, and further illustrates the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.2.Chinese medicine can improve hormone levels(LH,LH/FSH,T)to a certain extent, regulate the body’s metabolic level, promote the restoration of normal ovarian function, and increase pregnancy rate.3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group is significantly lower than that in the western medicine group, suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine has curative effects and advantages in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, with fewer side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.4.More intervening prospective randomized clinical trials need to be included in future studies to draw more accurate conclusions. |
