Objective: to understand the incidence of AAP and the treatment after pancreatitis Methods: from January 2008 to December 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao University pediatric blood of 196 children diagnosed with ALL,798 cases with L-asparaginase patients,as control group,using ordinary nursing measures,the observation group: select the 2015.1-2017.4 in 76 children with pediatric hospital affiliated to Qiingdao University blood ALL diagnosed 320 cases with asparaginase chemotherapy patients take nursing intervention,the control group underwent routine nursing;nursing intervention in the observation group were performed on the basis of routine nursing,observation and nursing effect of the two groups,including APP incidence,blood biochemical index,treatment compliance and patient satisfaction.Results: the observation group the incidence rate of patients was lower than that of control group(P <0.05),blood biochemical index is better than the control group(P <0.05),the treatment compliance indicators were higher than the control group(P <0.05);nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P <0.05),the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The nursing intervention of L-asparaginase chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of patients,improve the treatment compliance,and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.2.Severe acute pancreatitis can be satisfied with the early nutrition in the empty intestine tube.
