Theoretical Study On Diarrhea Diseases In The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic

Purpose:Based on the research of " Internal Classic of Huang Di ",through the research on the name,etiology,clinical manifestation,treatment of diarrhea,and the related research based on " Internal Classic of Huang Di " of physicians.Provide a literature basis for diarrhea diseases and clinical application,in order to play the advantages of TCM.Methods: Using the methods of literature research and theoretical research.Reading the full text of the " Internal Classic of Huang Di ",find the diarrhea related provisions,binding notesand based on it,find the names of diarrhea disease.The aspects of origin,pronunciation and the meaning of the name of disease were discussed.Using genetic method,to study the diarrhea disease etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment methods.And discussed and summarized relevant content of the theory of the " Internal Classic of Huang Di ".Content: The first part:The understanding for diarrhea before " Internal Classic of Huang Di ",the concept of diarrhea,meaning of 10 diarrhea diseases(Sunxie,Dongxie,Tangxie,Wutang,Ruxie,Zhuxia,Zhuxie,Xiezhu,Baozhu)were discussed.The second part :The etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment methods of 14 kind of diarrhea diseases(Dongxie,Tangxie,Zhuxia,Sunxie,Ruxie,Xiezhu,Wutang,Zhuxie,Baozhu,Houxie,Lengxie,Xieman,Xiaqing)were discussed.The third part: Diarrhea related theory according to " Internal Classic of Huang Di " of the physicians were combed and summaried.Conclusion: 1 In this study,we find out 110 words or sentences of diarrhea disease,13 kinds of diarrhea diseases(Dongxie,Tangxie,Zhuxia,Sunxie,Ruxie,Xiezhu,Wutang,Zhuxie,Baozhu,Houxie,Lengxie,Xieman,Xiaqing)in the " Internal Classic of Huang Di ".2 Based on " Internal Classic of Huang Di ",summed up diarrhea diseases names.Comprehensive and systematic interpretation of the names of the disease of the " Internal Classic of Huang Di ",its name or with the development of the situation of the symptoms,or name the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,or organs named,but almost without "diarrhea ".3 The etiology of diarrhea disease are exogenous(wind,cold,wet,heat)six exopathogens,improper diet and emotional injuries and the relationship between the spleen and stomach,liver,and kidney,lung,heart,intestines and other organs in " Internal Classic of Huang Di".Come up with comprehensive and systematic treatments.4 The etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic methods and other aspects of the understanding of the " Internal Classic of Huang Di" provide a theoretical basis for physicians of treatment of diarrhea.It still has some clinical guidance value now.4 Physicians theories based on the " Internal Classic of Huang Di " on diarrhea diseases including classification,pathogenesis,clinical treatment,and provides a theoretical basis and guidance to physicians of diarrhea,such as Zhang Jiebin's "diarrhea is all by the spleen and stomach," Li Zhongzi's "nine methods of treating diarrhea”.Ro's" ten methods of treating diarrhea ",still has a certain clinical value.
