Purpose: Observation of moxibustion pretreatment rats Zusanli ST36,Zhongwan CV 12,anhydrous ethanol lavage copy irritability gastric mucosa damage of rats model,the effect on gastric mucosa injury in rats,and the rat gastric tissue EGFR TGF-? content in serum and stomach index expression,discusses moxibustion acupuncture pretreatment to enhance the effect of gastric mucosa defense function,for moxibustion in prevention and treatment of gastric mucosa injury related diseases provides reliable scientific connotation and in the line of clinical basis.Material and method: Healthy SD rats 60,SPF,weight 200~ 250 g ±,randomly grouped into:A: the blank group,B: model group,the C: moxibustion group,D: moxibustion control point group,E: omeprazole group,5 groups,each group of 12.Eight days before the experiment,the blank group,model group,omeprazole group rats normal breeding,every day to be the same as the moxibustion group of 20 min bound fixed;Moxibustion group of the limbs and the abdomen of rats with elastic system on homemade rat board,exposed moxibustion Zusanli,Zhongwan acupuncture point,daily 30 min;Moxibustion control point fixed method of rats with moxibustion group,same moxibustion st 36 holes,chung wan hole opening the meridians control point.On the eighth day after each processing according to the corresponding factors of rats,fast water 24 hours a day,30 min before the building,the blank group,model group,moxibustion group,moxibustion control point group of rats by intraperitoneal injection of 2 ml / 100 g dose of normal saline,omeprazole way by intraperitoneal injection of 2 ml / 100 g dose of omeprazole;In addition to the blank group,model group,the moxibustion acupuncture group,moxibustion control point,E omeprazole group according to 0.5 ml / 100 g dose lavage anhydrous ethanol,manufacturing gastric mucosa damage model;Animals die after 1 h,anesthesia,laser speckle imaging systems are used to observe rat gastric blood flow cycle;Macroscopic observation rat gastric mucosa damage,and damage index score;Observe then observe changes of gastric mucosa tissue morphology;Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method to detect the rat stomach expression of TGF-? content in serum;Immune histochemical methods detect the expression of EGFR in gastric tissue.By using SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis and statistics,the samples were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(x ±s),data was selected ANOVA.Results:1.The rat gastric mucosa damage index(UI): compared with the blank group,model group gastric mucosa injury was significantly higher than that of blank group(P < 0.01),the change was statistically significant,that building success;Compared with the model group,moxibustion of moxibustion compared to the model group was reduced(P < 0.05).Compared with the comparison of moxibustion,the index of gastric mucosal injury of moxibustion acupoint group and omeprazole decreased(P < 0.05).Compared with the acupoint of moxibustion,the gastric mucosal injury index of omeprazole was higher than that of moxibustion(P < 0.01).The degree to which moxibustion acupoint can reduce the damage of gastric mucosa in rats.2.The expression of stomach blood flow: Compared with the blank group,the model group had lower blood flow than the blank group(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the moxibustion acupoint group,moxibustion point group,and omeprazole were higher than the model group(P < 0.01).Compared with the comparison of moxibustion,moxibustion acupoint group and omeprazole were higher in gastric blood flow than the moxibustion group(P < 0.01).Compared with omeprazole,there was a statistical significance(P < 0.01)of the contrast between the moxibustion acupoint group and the comparison of the gastric blood flow in the group.It is shown that acupuncture point can promote the circulation of gastric blood flow in rats.3.Then observe the gastric mucosal tissue characteristics: compared with the blank group,model group rats with gastric mucosa inflammatory cells infiltration,damage is obvious;Compared with model group,the moxibustion acupoint group,omeprazole group,on the surface of the gastric mucosa edema,congestion reduction;Moxibustion control point set of the stomach sticks loss and damage,but the improvement in the model group;Compared with omeprazole group,moxibustion group improve relatively obvious gastric mucosa damage,rats moxibustion acupuncture points,can prevent the damage caused by anhydrous ethanol in the rat stomach tissue morphology.4.Stomach expression of TGF-? content in serum: Compared to the blank group,the serum tgf-alpha in the model group was lower than the blank group(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the levels of tgf-alpha in the serum of moxibustion,moxibustion,and ogilazole were higher than those in the model group(P < 0.05).In comparison with moxibustion,the level of tgf-alpha in the serum of moxibustion acupoint and omeprazole was higher than that of the moxibustion point group(P < 0.01).In comparison with acupuncture point group,the serum tgf-alpha in omeprazole was lower in serum tgf-alpha and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).It is shown that acupuncture points can promote the expression of tgf-alpha in rat serum.5.The content of EGFR expression in gastric tissue: Compared with the blank group,the EGFR content in the model group was lower than the blank group(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the level of EGFR was higher than the model group(P < 0.05)in the moxibustion acupoint group,moxibustion point group,and omeprazole group.In the comparison of moxibustion,the level of EGFR in the moxibustion acupoint group and omeprazole was improved(P < 0.01).In comparison with moxibustion acupoint,the level of EGFR in the ormeprazole group was lower than that of the acupuncture point group(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant;It is shown that acupuncture points can promote the expression of EGFR content in rats' stomach tissues.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion acupuncture preconditioning can reduce rat gastric mucosa damage index,and raised the defence function of gastric mucosa.2.Moxibustion acupuncture pretreatment can adjust the rat gastric blood flow,promote rat gastric blood flow cycle,provides conditions for the prevention of gastric mucosa injury.3.Moxibustion acupuncture pretreatment can improve then gastric mucosal tissue.4.Moxibustion acupuncture preconditioning can improve the rats serum content of TGF-? in the stomach,promotes the proliferation,gastric mucosa protection factors have played an important role in protecting gastric mucosa.5.Moxibustion acupuncture pretreatment can promote the expression of EGFR in gastric tissue in rats,enhanced ability to resist gastric mucosa lesion.
