| Purpose:Study the clinical curative effect of the treatment of orthopedic in long-term bedridden decubitus patients with Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation Yi Xiao Gao and b-FGF spray.Material and method:To choose 41 orthopedic decubitus patients as the research object between January 2015 to March 2016 from affiliated Hospital of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients in the orthopaedic clinic of liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were admitted.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by the method of random number table.The number of treatment group is 21 cases,while the number of control group is 20 cases.The treatment group were treated by Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation Yi Xiao Gao,b-FGF spray and basic dressing change.Card region of the treatment included sacrococcygeal region,tuberosity of femur,buttock,foot heel.The number of each card region of the treatment group were 10 cases,6 cases,4cases,1 cases.The control group were treated by b-FGF spray and basic dressing change.Card region of the treatment included sacrococcygeal region,tuberosity of femur,buttock,foot heel.The number of each card region of the control group were 9 cases,5 cases,5 cases,1 cases.Compared the changes of PUSH score of two groups after therapy.And according to the Chinese Authority issued the “TCM diagnosis and treatment of disease standard”evaluate the symptoms of decubitus during the treatment.Results:1.The effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation Yi Xiao Gao and b-FGF spray on decubitus is more obvious,has statistical significance,which having statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation Yi Xiao Gao and b-FGF spray combined with basic dressing change treatment in bedridden decubitus has a better effect then only treated by b-FGF spray and worthy of clinical promotion. |
