The Clinical Efficacy Of Tangzhixiao In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose:This experimental study is to observe the clinical experience of Tangbixiao in efficacy and safety of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and provide the treatment for clinical basis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Material and method:Select 60 outpatients who are identified as diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Yingkou Chinese Medicine Hospital,which belong to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome according to the prevention and control of diabetes in traditional chinese medicine guide.The patients are divided into the experimental group and the control group,of which 30 cases of the experimental group and 30 cases of control group.And the experimental group give the basic hypoglycemic therapy and Tangbixiao compound 100 ml,three times a day oral treatment;The control group was given basic treatment and Mecobalamin capsule 0.5 mg oral three times,course of treatment about four weeks.Observe the change of the integral of the traditional Chinese medicine in the test group,the control group taking Mecobalamin,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour Plasma Glucose,triglycerides and total cholesterol between the two groups was compared by using the statistical method.Results: 1.After the treatment,between the two sets of Toronto integrals,the treatment group total effective rate was 90%,and the control group total effective rate was 73.33%,comparing the two groups have significant difference,the result is statistically significant(P < 0.05)in experimental,the experimental group was superior to the control group.2.After the treatment,between the comprehensive comparison of two groups of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%,and the control group total effective rate was 63.33%,and comparing the two groups have significant difference,the result is statistically significant(P < 0.05)in experimental,the experimental group was superior to the control group.3.The Toronto Clinical Scoring System integral compared the two groups,which two groups was both improved,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group after treatment compared with control group was better,which had significant difference(P < 0.05).4.The two groups of TCM symptom integral comparison of the treatment group and the control group was both improved,the difference was tatistically significant(P < 0.05),and comparing with control group,the experimental group after treatment exists much more difference(P < 0.05).5.After the treatment,there is no significant difference in fasting plasma glucose,2-hour Plasma Glucose,triglycerides and total cholesterol between the test group and control group.6.After the treatment,comparing with the control group and the experimental group,there are no significant differences in ALT,AST,Blood Urea Nitrogen and creatinine(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Tangbixiao can be effectively improved the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripherial neuropathies,and reduce the integral of the TCSS of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy and both the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and the security of tangbixiao is good.
