| Purpose:By comparing the observation traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scrubbing with upper limb functional exercise therapy effect of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer,for external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine provides the reference for the treatment of postoperative complications in breast cancer.Material and method:Line selection in liaoning province tumor hospital,patients with breast cancer radical surgery,postoperative concurrent upper limb lymphedema,a total of 90 cases,the treatment group 45 cases selected cases,for follow-up fall off in 2 cases,eliminate in 2 cases,the treatment group take Chinese traditional medicine scrub joint functional exercise.Control group 45 cases selected cases,follow-up for 3 cases,removed in 2 cases,control group take warm water scrub joint functional exercise,patients are women.After four straight course of effective treatment,through the upper week diameter,pain score,swelling degree,pain level,subjective symptoms,swelling time and so on.These figures compare within the group and the comparison between groups,to observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scrub all data to choose professional statistical software SPSS17.0.Results:1 Week of two groups before and after treatment in patients with upper limb diameter difference comparison(elbow horizontal stripes on 10 cm),the treatment group and control group using t test,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01),reduce the extent of the treatment group was obviously better than warm water scrub joint functional exercise group.2 In patients with swelling degree of improvement,the treatment group and control group applied rank and inspection,the two groups before treatment is Z =-3.255,after treatment the effect is improved obviously,statistically significant differences(P < 0.05)3 Two groups in terms of therapeutic index,efficiency of efficient treatment group and control group were 95.1%,80%,curative effect is significant difference,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).4In the two groups in terms of quality of life score,QOL scores were 48.78 + /-1.768 points,46.98 1.874 mm,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01).the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scrubbing joint functional exercise compared with warm water scrub joint functional exercise,have improve patients quality of life of the role of,the treatment group is better than the control group.And the improvement of quality of life is embodied in "sleep","fatigue","pain" three aspects.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scrubbing joint functional exercise for postoperative patients with upper limb lymphedema improve significantly,weeks of the upper diameter decreases swelling degree classification reduce effective index increases Upper limbs of each point difference decreases,and QOL scores in sleep tired pain three aspects to improve significantly And both groups,there was no obvious side effects,high safety coefficient,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
