Objective: To evaluate the the intervention effect of Traditional Chinese medicine to the adverse effect of AI,TAM in breast cancer. Methods: Designed a reasonable and effective information retrieval strategy according to the method of Cochrane collaboration network.searched the databases included Cochrane Library,Pub Med,EM Base,CNKI,Wanfang for the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about Chinese herbal medicine intervention for breast cancer from database establishment time until February1 st,2017.Review Manager 5.3 software was used to conduct Metaanalysis, and qualitation system evaluation was done for some data. Results: A total of 24 RCTs including 1941 cases were analyzed.Meta analysis for the BMD:the MD merge value was 0.09,95% confideeence interval,CI was [0.05,0.13],the overall effect inspection Z=4.15,P < 0.0001,significant difference was statistically significance;Meta analysis of the endometrial thickness: the MD merge value was 0.94,95% confidence interval,CI was [1.63,0.25],the overall effect inspection Z=2.68,P = 0.007 < 0.01,significant difference was statistically significance;Meta analysis of the improved kupperman score: the MD merge value was 16.13,95% confidence interval,CI was [18.89,13.36],the overall effect inspection Z=11.44,P < 0.00001,there was a significant difference;Meta analysis of serum E2: the SMD merge value was 0.00,95% confidence interval,CI was [0.25,0.26],the overall effect inspection Z = 0.02,P = 0.99 > 0.05,it showed no difference before and after medication,ac cording to funnel figure asymmetry, publication bias may exist;Meta analysis of the cartesian score: merger of SMD value was 5.00,95% confidence interval,CI was [2.89,7.11],the overall effect inspection Z = 4.65,P = < 0.00001,significant difference was statistically significant.Meta analysis of peripheral blood CD4 ~+ counts: merge of the MD value was3.18,95% confidence interval,CI was [0.77,5.60],the overall effect inspection Z = 2.58,P = 0.01 < 0.05,the difference was statistically signifi cant.Meta analysis of peripheral blood CD8 ~+ count: merge of the MD value was 2.73,95% confidence interval,CI was [3.42,2.04],the overall effect inspection Z = 7.75,P < 0.00001,significant difference was statistically significant.Meta analysis of peripheral blood CD4 ~+ / CD8 ~+ : m erge of the MD value was 0.27,95% confidence interval,CI was [0.20,0.33],the overall effect inspection Z = 7.88,P < 0.00001,significant difference was statistically significant.Meta analysis of CA125: merge of the MD value was 1.56,95% confidence interval,CI was [3.78,0.66],the overall effect inspection Z = 1.38,P = 0.17 > 0.05,it showed no difference before and after medication; The system evaluation of serum total cholesterol, still needs more study to be included in the literature;Affect of CA153 system evaluation: the outcome point to support that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)may have an decrease effect of CA153,but more largesample, high quality research was still in need; Not evidence was fo unded that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with AI,TAM had any adverse reactions, more studies was need to be included in the literature. Conclusion : TCM plus TAM vs.TAM only for the treatment of breast cancer, the former showed lower kupperman score;TCM with AI drugs for breast cancer, compared to less use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with higher BMD;TCM plus TAM vs.TAM only for the treatment of breast cancer, the former showed thinner endometrial thickness;TCM with TAM for breast cancer, did not prove that Chinese medicine have an impact on FSH;TCM with AI,TAM endocrine drugs for breast cancer, not prove influential to E2;TCM plus TAM vs.TAM only for the treatment of breast cancer, the former showed higher KPS score;TCM with AI,TAM endocrine drugs for breast cancer, showed higher CD4 ~+ count, lower CD8 ~+,higher CD4 ~+ / CD8 ~+ rate;TCM with AI,TAM for breast cancer, did not prove any affect to CA125.For the evaluation of serum cholesterol,CA153,and adverse reactions caused by TCM,more study were need to include.Use of TCM compared to less use of TCM,part of the adverse reactions of symptoms were less and laboratory indexes was better,no evidence was proved TCM had any influence to E2,FSH.But More studied was need to be included such as large sample, high quality randomized controlled trials for a more rigorous system evaluation,And dealing with individual patients to evaluate clinically important changes, subgroup analysis identify out by the TCM syndrome type should be done.
