Analysis Of Investment Income Of A Company's Occupational Health Technology Service Project

Over the past ten years,the incidence of occupational diseases in China showed a significant upward trend and resulting in huge economic losses as the scale of China's economy has grown and the number of industrial enterprises continue to increase.Although the workers' demands for the working environment are getting higher and higher,the government's efforts to control the working environment are increasing,and the relevant system has been continuously introduced to reduce the occupational diseases caused by the working environment.However,there is no fundamental way to curb the rising trend of occupational diseases,one of the important reasons is that occupational disease testing services have not yet keep up with business needs and government requirements.The new management regulations promulgated by the State Administration of Work Safety of China hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations on Occupational Hygiene Supervision and Administration of Workplaces" were examined and approved on March 6,2012 and implemented on June 1,2012.Under the mandatory requirements of policies and regulations,the demand for occupational health technical services for industrial enterprises will be further expanded,which will provide a broader market space for occupational health technical service organizations that provide occupational disease detection.They provide health technology services for occupational disease detection to the society.At the same time,it can also produce a certain investment income,which is A company's occupational health technical services project background.Occupational health technical service refers to the technical services provided by the occupational health technical service organization to the government,the employing units,the laborers and the society in order to prevent and control the harm of the occupational diseases.Based on the theory of investment income and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper makes a detailed analysis and demonstration of the investment income,uncertainty and risk of A company's occupational health technical service project,and fills the industry research to a certain extent of the blank,but also for the future similar projects to provide a reference.This article has a total of five chapters,the main research content is: chapter 1 introduces the background and purpose of the research topic in view of the present situation of occupational health technical service in our country,and explains the content,method and innovation of this paper.Chapter 2 introduces the theoretical viewpoints and methods of project investment income analysis,including the methods,standards and principles of investment income evaluation,and lay a good foundation for further research on occupational health technical service project.Chapter 3 introduces the status quo of Company A,analyzes the background of the construction of occupational health technical service project and the market situation,and explains the scale requirement of Company A's investment in the project.Chapter 4 focuses on the analysis of the cost and income composition of the occupational health technical service project of Company A,and further uses the data to analyze the profitability,solvency and uncertainty of the project.Chapter 5 describes the conclusions of this paper and looks forward to the future direction of the study.This paper analyzes the economic and investment risks of the occupational health technical service of Company A,and finds that its profitability and solvency can meet the expectation of the project and the feasibility of the project is financially;the sensitivity analysis found that when the income is different from the expected-10%,the financial net present value is negative,so the project has a certain risk;in this paper,the traditional project investment income analysis and analysis method is applied to the field of occupational health technology service system,and the special investment cost composition and income composition of the project are sorted out and the profitability,solvency and the results of the study provide a real paradigm for research in the field of occupational health services,providing a reference for the industry application of mature investment income analysis theory from emerging technology services.
