Purpose: By usingthe method with coronary artery ligation to build a model with myocardial ischemia and study on the YiMaipulse particle yo research on the protection of myocardial ischemia rats and the mechanism of action which laid a fundamental basis onYiMaiparticles' clinical application?Material and method: 1. 80 healthy SD rats were selected, feed them adaptability for a week and randomly divided into two groups: control group for 12 rats, operation group for 68 rats (the surgical mortality risk is high, so the quantity is high). 2. Make mould by coronary artery ligation method, compare and evaluate the models through two groups of rats with electrocardiogram and TTC dyeing. 3. After thesuccess evaluationof the model, nine rats are alive in the control group while 48 rats alive in the operation group. Operation groups were randomly divided into four groups: model group, YiMai particle group, Chinese medicine control group, western medicine control group. Groups are all lavaged for 21 days,the control group, model group were given saline, YiMai particle group was given homemade YiMai particles, TCM control group was given heartache oral liquid, the western medicine control group was given isosorbide dinitrate. As the result of the certain mortality during postoperative medication, it is needed to ensure the survival number of rats in each group of 8 rats with halfmale and halffemale eventually .4. Before and after treatment, groups of rats were scored by TCM symptoms .Mental state, skin and hair, lips and tongues are included. 5.Comparingamongthe groups of rats,their SOD in serum , MDA, gsh-px, the levels of ET - 1 were studied after HE staining and the myocardial tissue pathological changes were observed?Results:1. The electrocardiogram (ecg) in rats and TTC staining contrast according to the results of coronary artery ligation model in control group and surgery group could prove to be a success?2.Compared with control group, model group significantly increased in MDA content and SOD in serum, gsh-px content decreased obviously. There are significant differences with P<0.01. Compared with model group, YiMai particle group, Chinese traditional medicine group,western medicine and control group' s rat serum MDA is significantly lower, but the content of SOD and gsh-px increased significantly (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01); YiMai particle group compared with control group, SOD, gsh-px content decreased obviously, (P< 0.01) had significant difference?3. Compared with control group, ET-lcontentinmodel group increased significantly, serum ET - 1 (P< 0.01) there are significant differences; Compared with model group, pulse particle group, western medicine control group content is significantly reduced, ET - 1 (P< 0.01) had significant difference ?4. The syndrome score is shown that YiMai particle group can improve myocardial ischemia rat syndrome and obviously better than the Chinese medicine control group and western medicinegroup.Conclusion:1. YiMai granule can obviously reduce the myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation in rats serum's content of MDA, ET - 1, improve the rat SOD in serum, gsh-px activity and protect myocardial ischemia of rats.2.YiMai particles can significantly reduce the myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation in rats serum's level of ET - 1 in the protection of myocardial ischemia in rats.3. YiMai particle can improve the syndromes of myocardial ischemia in rats.
