Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Epithelial Herpes Simplex Keratitis With Wind-clearing And Heat-clearing Combined With Ganciclovir Ointment

Purpose:To investigate the prescription of oral and atomization combined with ganciclovir cream and Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment Shufeng heat mage bearing two methods of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis(i.e.epithelial type HSK)and the experience of clinical research,evaluation of two kinds of mode of administration,to improve the total score in patients with epithelial type HSK symptoms and signs of visual acuity,corneal fluorescein staining,laboratory tests(scraping)situation,and observe the total score after treatment,two groups of patients with symptoms and signs of visual acuity recovery time,corneal fluorescein stain time,herpes simplex virus clearance rate,total efficiency,the average effective time and recurrence rate to verify the test treatment effect.Verification of Shufeng heat bearing and oral prescription of traditional Chinese medicine master Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment display with atomization effect in the treatment of epithelial type compared with HSK alone The.Material and method:Test subjects were 107 cases selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(all unilateral)diagnosed with epithelial type HSK patients,and in accordance with the Chinese wind guest target type punctate keratitis.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group to be clearing the wind mage bearing drops and atomization combined oral prescription of Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment,including 19 cases,36 cases of punctate keratitis of dendritic keratitis;the control group only received Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment eye,including punctate keratitis in 21 cases,31 cases of dendritic keratitis.All patients were treated for 7 days for 1 courses,4 courses of treatment,observation and total score,compared two groups of patients with symptoms and signs of visual acuity recovery time,corneal fluorescein stain time,herpes simplex virus clearance rate,total efficiency,the average effective time and recurrence rate before and after treatment.Results: 1.after treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs in two groups of epithelial HSK patients was significantly lower than before(p<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;2.after treatment,the visual acuity and corneal fluorescein staining of the two groups of epithelial HSK patients returned to normal,and the time of normal vision recovery and the time of corneal fluorescein staining in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(p<0.05);3.after treatment,two groups of epithelial type HSK laboratory examination,herpes simplex virus mostly negative,and the treatment group than the control group of herpes simplex virus negative rate;4.after epithelial HSK treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the average effective time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(p<0.05);5.follow up the recurrence of epithelial HSK cured patients third,sixth months after treatment,the results of treatment group recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:The total score and the treatment of patients with epithelial type group after HSK treatment of the symptoms and signs of the observation index,visual acuity recovery time,corneal fluorescein stain time,herpes simplex virus clearance rate,total efficiency,the average effective time was superior to the control group of patients after treatment,follow-up cure recurrence third,Sixth months results in the treatment group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group.It is clearing the wind mage bearing oral prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and atomization in the treatment of epithelial type HSK combined with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment compared with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Ointment's significant effect.
