Purpose:To investigate the effect of chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7)silencing on invasion and migration of HeLa cells and its expression and significance in cervical ca ncer tissues,to provide theoretical evidence for the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer, and in order to find out the biological targets of cervical cancer and explore the new target for the treatment of specific target molecules.Comparison of curative effect on Kang Ai injection and Thymopentin on the immune function of patients with cervical cancer after surgery and chemotherapy patients Tlymphocyte subsets and the effect of Kang Ai injection and Thymopentin in improving postoperative cervical cancer after radiotherapy.Material and method:1.20 cases of cervical cancer tissues and 5 cases of normal cervical tissue specimens were provided by Liaoning cancer hospital and all specimens of cervical carcinoma were confirmed by histopathology.Imunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CXCR7 in cervical cancer tissues and non cancerous cervical tissues. And explore the relationship between the clinical pathological factors.Human cervical cancer cell line HeLa cells were used as a laboratory liquid nitrogen storage Respectively, after the HeLa cells were transfected with plasmid expressing CXCR7 shRNA(CXCR7-shRNA)or negative control shRNA(Ctrl-shRNA)detecting the changes in cell migration and invasion of them by Transwell method.2.Select 30 patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy from Liaoning cancer hospital during 2014-2016.Randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 15 cases.Kang Ai injection and Thymopentin were injected separately for immunotherapy.10 days for a course of treatment, after 1 course of treatment, observe the changes of Tlymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of paitents.Results:1.The expression of CXCR7 protein in cervical cancer tissues was positive, and was negative in narmal cervical tissues.2.The number of HeLa cells in the transfected CXCR7-sh RNA cells both was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group and the untreated group in Transwell invasion and migration experiments3.Kang'ai group after treatment T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with CD3+?CD4+?CD8+value were compared with before treatment were significantly increased,NK and CD4+/CD8+ value decreased, and were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Thymopentin groups of T lymphocyte subsets of CD4+?CD4+/CD8+ and NK value were higher than those before treatment, and CD3+/CD8+ value were lower than before, with statistical significance.(P<0.05)3.Conclusion:1.The high expression of CXCR7 in cervical cancer tissue is expected to be a new target for early diagnosis, prognosis and targeted therapy of cervical cancer?2.Inhibition of CXCR7 protein expression in Hela cells can significantly inhibit the invasion and migration ability, and provide a new theoretical basis for the invasion an d metastasis mechanism of cervical cancer.3.Kang'ai injection and Thymopentin can affect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of cervical cancer patients who have accepted radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatmen, and improve the patient's immunity, improve the quality of life of patients.
