Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke With Wind-stagnation Syndrome By Zhuyu Jiedu Decoction

Purpose:To explore the clinical curative effect of the treatment by Zhuyuxiedutang to treat Fengtanyuzu Style of ischemic stroke in acute stage.?Material and method:60 patients from Yingkou City Hospitail of Trditional Chinese Medicine in internal medicine department 1,divide into experimental group and control group by the method of random sampling,each of group has 30 patients.The control group patients give general treatment,platelet aggregation,improve circulation proprietary by Chinese medicine injection,nerve protection and symptomatic treatment of western medicine.The experimental group patients give Zhuyuxiedutang on the basis of the control group's conventional western treatment,14 days for a period of treatcoment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Before and after treatment,evaluate respectively neurological deficiency score by NHISS score,Chinese medicine disease class score,activity daily liviing(ADL)Barthel score,and finally the clinical curative effect of evaluation?Results: 1.Analyze neurological deficiency score by NHISS score,Chinese medicine disease class score,activity daily liviing(ADL)score,Gender,age,merger disease,such as general data by statistic software,P values were greater than 0.05,there is no statistical difference,comparable? 2.After 14 days' treatment,collectect two groups of patients' observation evaluation index,compare NHISS score,Barthel index,Chinese medicine symptom score,after calculating the P values were less than 0.05,illustrate NHISS score,Barthel index,Chinese medicine disease class score have statistical differences,there are comparable? 3.Compare two groups of patients about clinical curative effect,the experimental group is better than the control group?Conclusion: 1.This formula not only beneficial to promote the recovery of neural function,more can improve activity daily liviingindex,reduce the class of TCM score,improve the clinical curative effect,and no obvious adverse reactions.2.On the basis of traditional western medicine,the treatment of acute phase of ischemic stroke in acute phase of ischemic stroke is good and safe.It is worthwhile to promote the practice in clinical practice.
