The Study On The Xifeng Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Treatment In Treating With Acute Stage Of Ischemic Stroke

In recent years, with the in-depth study of stroke theory and analysis of a large number of clinical cases observation. We found that the proportion of more stroke wind phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome in the context of syndromes of acute cerebral infarction. Treated by the Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Tong Luo method and reciped Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Ke Li,is Ideal effect.The issue discusses on the treatment effect of acute stage of stroke with the Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Tong Luo method from the clinical research clinical curative effect observation.Objective: This study explores mainly the clinical efficacy of Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Ke Li on patients with Fengtanyuzu on acute stage of ischemic stroke and with Hcy, evaluate its effectiveness and safety,.Methods: This study selects the patients of middle and old aged on acute stage of ischemic stroke as research objects. 84 cases of patients with Fengtanyuzu on acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with 42 cases and control group with 42 cases. The control group was given western medicine routine treatment. The treatment group was given Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Ke Li(one dose, bid) under the basic western medicine routine treatment. It should be under the observation for fortheen days, then evaluates the treatment efficacy. Observed TCM syndrome integral, neurologic deficits, Barthel index score and the level of high sensitive Hcy changes between the two groups, then give statistical analysis, and comprehensive comparative efficacy differences of the two programmes.Results:(1) After treatment, there is extremely clear difference between the two groups in the comparison of TCM syndrome integral, neurologic deficits, Barthel index score(P<0.01). It indicates that the therapy of the two groups is effective.(2)Evaluation of TCM syndromes efficacy: the cases of clinical recovery, obvious effect, effect, and invalidation are 5, 21, 8and6 in the treatment group. In the control group,the corresponding cases are 3, 11, 15 and 11. By frequency level rank sum test, Z =2.65, P=0.007, two groups with significant differences(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving TCM clinical symptoms efficacy.(3) Evaluation of clinical efficacy: the cases of basic clinical recovery,obvious progress, progress, and invalidation are 0, 17, 19and4 in the treatment group.In the control group, the corresponding cases are 0, 11, 19and9. By frequency level rank sum test, Z = 2.127, P = 0.033, two groups with significant differences(P < 0.05).(4) Hcy: the Hcy of the treatment group and control group is declining. Due to mean value of the difference of treatment group is greater than the control group, indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in varying degree in improving Hcy.Conclusion:The issue summarizes that the Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Tong Luo method is the treatment of the acute stage of ischemic stroke.The treatment group has more obvious effect than the control group in treating patients with Fengtanyuzu.Xi Feng Hua Tan Huo Xue Ke Li can significantly improve clinical symptoms and promote recovery of the patients,neurological function and then enhances the the patients,living ability and the quality of life.
