Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Conventional Therapy On Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with conventional treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy in objective evaluation.Material and method:60 patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group of acupuncture combined with conventional treatment therapy,acupuncture points: Jingming,Taiyang,Baihui,Hegu,Zusanli;The control group was treated with conventional treatment alone: According to the degree of optic disc edema using glucocorticoid,intravenous or intramuscular inject circulating vasodilators and neurotrophic drugs,oral B vitamins,using intraocular pressure eye drops,after 15 days of treatment,the visual acuity and visual field of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results: The mean defect of visual field two groups(MD)and best corrected visual acuity after treatment compared with before treatment,there were significant differences between MD and P<0.05;vision,best corrected visual acuity were compared between the two groups after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05;MD vision,best corrected visual acuity difference in contrast before and after treatment,after statistical analysis,there were significant difference,P<0.01,shows that after the treatment of acupuncture combined with routine treatment group in improving the mean defect of visual field and best corrected visual acuity was better than the conventional treatment group;6 cases were cured with acupuncture combined with routine treatment group,14 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,3 cases were invalid.The total efficiency of 91.17%,2 cases were cured in the conventional therapy group,7 cases were markedly effective,19 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 82.35%,the rank and inspection,Z=2.594,P=0.009(P<0.05),two groups of difference The difference was statistically significant,and the curative effect of acupuncture combined with conventional treatment group was better than that of routine treatment groupConclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with conventional treatment for anterior ischemic optic neuropathy is better than that of conventional treatment,On the basis of conventional treatment of acupuncture,can better improve the patient’s best corrected visual acuity,reduce the average visual field defect,promote the recovery of patients with optic nerve.
