Study On Chemical Constituents And Biological Activity Of Sesame

Radix Cynanchi Auriculati is an important Chinese herbal medicine and national medicinal plants,which is also the national newly approved medicinal and edible plant.This dissertation studies on the discrimination of different sources of Radix Cynanchi Auriculati and has not yet been elucidated by other effective components.C₂1-steroidal glycosides chemical composition of Cynanchum auriculatum,Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum bungei three folks called "Geshanxiao" plant were mainly analyzed by the HPLC and ¹H-NMR technology and the fingerprints were established.Followed by acetophenones,the non C₂1-steroidal glycosides chemical constituents of Cynanchum bungei extraction.Finally,the biological activity activity of the main components,the C₂1-steroidal glycosides and acetophenones,was evaluated.In order to discover the active compounds with research value,the main results are as follows:1.The main component in total extracts of Cynanchum auriculatum,Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum bungei was quantitatively analyzed mainly uses HPLC technology.2.The difference analysis Cynanchum auriculatum,Cynanchum wilfordii and Cynanchum bungei were taken using NMR fingerprint technology,while the fingerprints were established.A study on the neuroprotective effect on focal cerebral ischemia in rats treatment with the inclusion complex of C₂1-steroid caudatin by cooperating with Feng Linyin group of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica,Chinese Academy of Sciences.3.Compounds were isolated from the 2.4 kg root bark of Cynanchum bungei and identified as beishouwubenzophenone,2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone,1-（2-hydroxy-4,5-dimethoxyphenyl）ethanone,vanillin and aceto-vanillone and β–sitosterol.In medicinal materials,the contents of beishouwubenzophenone（11.50 g）and 2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone（1.30 g）are 4.79/1000 and 5.42/10000 among them,which are the main components.4.The activity evaluation of Radix Cynanchi Auriculati in major C₂1-steroidal and acetophenones were taken.It was found that the inclusion complex of C₂1-steroid caudatin have the effect of anti cerebral ischemia.Another major kinds of beishouwubenzophenone and 2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone displayed the stronger antioxidative activitites.The results indicated that the C₂1-steroidal glycosides and acetophenones are probably the main active ingredient in Cynanchum bungei.
