| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the people’s demand for health care is getting higher and higher.It is still the focus of attention,that the supply of medical resources in China still cannot meet the needs of the people for medical and health services.With the promotion of market economy and the increase of social endowment pressure,the comprehensive competition mechanism has been introduced,and medical institutions have grown at an unprecedented rate.In the competitive environment,smaller public hospitals can not be compared with large integrated hospitals in scale,professional technical personnel and diagnosis and treatment,and the development is slow.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the non-scientific management mode to obtain the long-term development.The improvement of the internal operation and management of the hospital can be achieved through the use of scientific performance management approach.Scientific performance management approach will help the hospital clear the overall strategy,and control the process of the key links in the work of the staff in order to improve management efficiency.This paper analyzes the existing performance management methods of KF hospital,and re-designs the performance appraisal system based on Balanced Scorecard for the KF hospital clinical department by referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,experts and scholars.The new performance appraisal system weakens the financial indicators,highlights the medical quality management and the satisfaction evaluation,reflects the public welfare of the hospital.At the same time,the scientific performance assessment method should adhere to the distribution of distribution according to work,and the allocation of post risk will help motivate the staff and promote the long-term development of the hospital.With the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management,senior managers are more concerned about the efficiency and quality in hospitals’ development,which ensures the consistency of key indicators and the overall strategy,so that the development direction and operating process can be controlled in the internal process.It is expected that the new design can make a contribution to the development of KF hospital in a degree. |
