| Objective:To explore the characteristics of physique distribution,osteoporosis and sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly people in Beijing community,and to explore the relationship between different sleep quality and osteoporosis.To analyze the risk of sleep disorder associated with osteoporosis in different physique population,and to provide new ideas and suggestions for clinical prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and insomnia.Method:In this study,768 middle-aged and elderly people from different areas of Beijing were selected by convenient sampling,and their sleep quality and physique of traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated by Wang Qi and Pittsburgh Sleep Index scale(PSQI).Bone mineral density(BMD)T value was measured and calculated by HOLOG dual energy X ray absorptiometry.Epidata3.1 software was used to establish database,SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis,statistical methods were used to deal with descriptive statistics,frequency distribution normality test,non-parametric test and other statistical methods.Results:Of the 768 people surveyed,293(38.2%)had mild constitution,475(61.8%)were biased.The maximum number of biased Yang deficiency is 195 people.The most common biased constitution of men is yang deficiency,yin deficiency and blood stasis.The most common biased constitution of women is:Yang deficiency,blood stasis and yin deficiency.The average scores of qi deficiency,yin deficiency and qi stagnation in men were higher than those in women,and the average scores of yang deficiency in women were higher than those in men.The total prevalence rate of osteoporosis was 32.6%and low bone mass accounted for 43.9%and 337 cases respectively.The prevalence of osteoporosis in females was 38.2%,higher than that in males 15.0%.The proportion of osteoporosis in the population with deficiency of qi,deficiency of yang,stagnation of qi and blood stasis was 45.2 and 42.1 respectively.The average total score of PSQI was 5.87 ± 3.72 in different genders,and the mean of PSQI in 187-male was 5.44 ±3.59,and that in female was 6.01 ±3.75.P0.077>0.05,There was significant difference in bone distribution between male and female.The incidence of osteoporosis increases with age.Taking the total score of PSQI ≥ 8 as the criterion for judging insomnia,there were 165people with different degrees of insomnia,accounting for 21.5%of the total.The prevalence of insomnia was 22.9 in women and 17.1 in males.There was no difference in the distribution of insomnia prevalence among different genders.The proportion of normal bone mass in insomnia group was 25.0,which was significantly lower than that in normal group 18.22.The proportion of osteoporosis in insomnia group was 40.6,which was significantly higher than that in normal group.The bone distribution of different sleep quality groups(P<0.029<0.05)was different.The proportion of people with deficiency of qi and stagnation of qi with abnormal bone and sleep disorder was the highest,38.7%and 30.6%respectively,followed by the intrinsic quality 28.2%and Yang deficiency 23.1%.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between TCM constitution and osteoporosis and sleep quality.The prevalence of osteoporosis and insomnia in different physique groups is statistically different.Qi-deficiency,Yang-deficiency,Qi-stagnation and blood stasis are the four types of physical type population with higher risk of osteoporosis.There is a higher risk of insomnia in three types of physical types:deficiency of qi,stagnation of qi and intrinsic quality.The prevalence of osteoporosis was higher in patients with insomnia than in those with normal sleep.Deficiency of qi and stagnation of qi are at greater risk for both diseases. |
