| Objective:To find out the compatibility Law of cinnabar in the application of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Mongolian medicine through mathematical statistics,and to provide data support and theoretical reference for the compatibility of cinnabar in the clinical use process.Methods:The prescriptions of cinnabar were obtained from the four data sources of the"People's Republic of China Ministry of Health Drug Standards",2015 edition of the "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia",the Chinese Prescription Database,and the "Traditional Mongolian Medicine and Prescriptions".The use of frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis,and other data mining methods to analyze the common drug combinations used in combination with cinnabar and the formula of using cinnabar.And select 6 kinds of prescriptions which can treat children with convulsions,children with fever,bruises,sores,mental diseases,dizziness,establish a drug network,access to the treatment of the above diseases of the core drug combination.The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions selected from the "Pharmaceutical Standards of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China",the "2015 Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China",and the Chinese Formulae Database were combined with the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine theories.The traditional Mongolian medicine prescriptions selected from "traditional Mongolian medicine and prescriptions" was analyzed together with traditional Mongolian medicine theories.Results:1.The quantity of prescriptions obtained from the data sources in this study were:272 from "Drug Standards of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China",66 from "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia",and 4138 from China's Formula Database.19 from "The traditional Mongolian medicine Formula ".2.(1)The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine containing cinnabar has the highest frequency of phlegm,heat,apprehension,detoxification,soothe the nerves,dispelling wind,relieve pain,promote blood circulation,and reduce swelling.(2)In Chinese medicine containing cinnabar preservatives,"cinnabar,borneol,musk," "cinnabar,licorice," "cinnabar,bezoar," "cinnabar,realgar," "cinnabar,and wolfberry," are cinnabar-containing formulas that are compatible with cinnabar.The core drug combination.(3)In the method of compatibility,cinnabar,borneol,and musk are used together to refresh the mind-a combination of calming and calming the nerves,and this combination is the core drug of the cinnabar-based combination.the combination is compatible with other drugs,such as phlegm-resolving drugs and breathless winds drugs,or combination with qi and blood circulation drugs,or a combination of heat-resolving drugs,or the wind-defense medicine is used in combination or used with tonic medicine.(4)Traditional Chinese medicine uses the combination of cinnabar-borneol/musk and weathering peony for the treatment of pediatric convulsions and children with fever,using a combination of cinnabar-borneol/musk and blood-activating drugs to treat bruises and sores,using cinnabar-borneol/musk in combination with a heat-clearing agent or a tonic agent to treat mental illness,using a combination of cinnabar-bomeol/musk,heat-clearing drug,and phlegm-removing agent is used to treat dizziness.3.In Mongolian medicine containing cinnabar,the highest frequency of efficacy was heat,swelling,and clearing of liver heat."Cinnabar,musk," "cinnabar,cloves" "cinnabar,bezoar,""cinnabar,concretio silicea pambusae," "Cinnabar,radix auckladiae," "cinnabar,nutmeg," are Mongolian medicines containing cinnabar prescription core drug combination.Conclusion:Both Chinese and Mongolian medicines use "cinnabar,musk," "cinnabar,bezoar" as the core drug combination.They often use cinnabar in combination with herbal medicine,heat-clearing medicine,gas-generating medicine,and blood-activating medicine.The difference is that,the use of cinnabar combination with wind-defense drug in traditional Chinese medicine is more,for internal medicine and pediatric diseases more.and the use of cinnabar combination with qi and blood circulation drugs in Mongolian medicine is more applicable to the surgical gynecological syndrome.Cinnabar,borneol,and musk are the core compatibility drugs used in combination with cinnabar.Based on the combination of cinnabar and resuscitative drugs,other kinds of medicine like phlegm medicine,wind-defense medicine,heat-clearing medicine,gas-generating medicine,blood-activating medicine,hurricane medicine,or tonic medicine would be selected according to different disease syndromes.This is the basic compatibility law about the use of cinnabar. |
