Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the most common and most severe form of diabetic microvascular complications.Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most important complications of diabetic patients.The incidence rate in China is also on the rise.It has now become the second cause of end-stage renal disease,second only to various glomerulonephritis.Because of its complex metabolic disorders,once the development of end-stage renal disease is often more difficult than other kidney disease treatments,timely prevention and treatment of delayed diabetic nephropathy is of great significance.Diabetic nephropathy is similar to traditional Chinese medicine such as "diabetes" and "edema." Chinese medicine believes that DN is the pathogenesis of DN,and the body's five internal organs are weak,causing yin and yang deficiency in the blood and blood,and it is caused by water and dampness.It is characterized by its virtual standard,mixed with the actual situation;the key to its pathogenesis is deficiency in spleen and kidney.It is really embarrassing.Clinically,there are more signs of qi-yin,yin-yang deficiency,and sputum,sputum,and turbidity.Modern Chinese medicine has attributed diabetic nephropathy to spleen and kidney deficiency caused by lack of congenital endowments or eating disorders.Therefore,congenital insufficiency,feeling exogenous,eating disorders,excessive labor and emotional disorders,etc.,are summed up as the cause of this disease.The main pathogenesis is the virtual standard,in which the Virtual should belong to yin deficiency,and the chronic illness leads to yin injury,which leads to yin loss and yang,and eventually leads to the emergence of five internal organs.The main indicators are mainly hot and humid,Mainly blood heat.1.Research objectivesUnder the guidance of related theories of complexity science,the project builds a clinical literature database on the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)in Chinese medicine based on an independently researched and developed Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment support platform,for its syndrome type,commonly used prescriptions,and drugs.The composition was analyzed in depth.Combining artificial neural networks and case-based reasoning.Combining BP neural network with case-based reasoning,a model for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy will be established.At present,in many studies,case-based reasoning is mostly used for clinical diagnosis of disease.In the field of Chinese medicine,it is mostly used to diagnose disease syndromes.The reasoning model for treatment and medication is relatively rare.Therefore,this study attempts to establish a model for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy,that is,the syndrome type of the case,reasoning about the composition of the therapeutic formula.2.Research Methods and Content2.1 This study used diabetic nephropathy as the research object and searched relevant documents of clinical trials related to the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,and established a literature database of diabetic nephropathy based on the integration of information.Cluster analysis and frequency statistics were used to plot the radar chart of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.2.2 Combining artificial neural networks with case-based reasoning.Combining BP neural network with case-based reasoning,a model for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy will be established.2.3 Establish the rule reasoning module of the inference model of diabetic nephropathy.Rule reasoning is about to be introduced into the governance model of governance.2.4 Establish an integrated case-based reasoning model for treating diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine.3.Research resultsAfter screening and analysis of clinical trials,it was found that Qi deficiency and yin deficiency are the most common symptoms in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy,followed by kidney deficiency.After digging through the literature on clinical trials of diabetic nephropathy,it was found that in addition to the four syndromes,the clinical actual performance was often accompanied by blood stasis,kidney deficiency,and common evidence of entrapment of venom,wet turbidity,and obstruction.Case reasoning section.It is mainly divided into three modules.The first module is a neural network pre-classifier,which plays a guiding role in the subsequent diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients.The second module is the CBR module,which is also the core part of this comparative governance model.The third part is a case-based reasoning model based on artificial neural network,which uses artificial neural network to pre-classify cases and obtains multiple index values at the same time.The range of case retrieval is the corresponding multiple sub-cases.According to the results of artificial neural network pre-classification,the model will perform case retrieval on the classified information.The data of the clinical trials of the diabetic nephropathy clinical trials after treatment was studied.The data was structured and the diabetic nephropathy staging,main card,side card,main tongue image,secondary tongue image and pulse signal were used as dependent variables.The recommended list of 10 kinds of Chinese medicine within the scope of medication.After training and testing the model,the accuracy rate of the model was found to be 61%.The verified results show that the model of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy is of practical significance.In order to further improve the accuracy of the model and provide clinical information for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,a rule inference module was established in this study.According to the syndrome-Chinese medicine correspondence rules,two main variables and two dependent variables were selected,and the corresponding recommended drug range was also extended from 10 herbs to 20 Chinese herbs(Scutellariae Radix,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Chinese yam,Poria,Hawthorn,habitat,rhubarb,Alisma,Angelica,Rhizorma Chuanxiong,Rehmannia glutinosa,Atractylodes macrocephala,Carthamus tinctorius,Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos,Pueraria lobata,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Paeonia variabilis,Paeonia radix,Radix Pseudostellariae,etc.For the treatinent of yin deficiency and heat,it is 0,and the rule base is established by the above method.After entering the case,obtain information on the recommended range of medications.After the model was established,the accuracy rate was 76.75%after testing.It can be seen that the rule inference module is better than the case inference module whether it is the scope of the solution set or the accuracy.Based on the accuracy of the model of rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning,an integrated case-based reasoning model for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by TCM was established.In this model,it is divided into two major parts:case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning.Case-based reasoning uses artificial neural networks as pre-classifiers.After the data enters the model,the case inference module and the rule inference module will get their own solution sets.According to the accuracy of their respective tests,this model selects the form of main and auxiliary inference,that is,the solution set of rule inference is used to supplement the solution of case inference.set.Finally get a satisfactory solution.A comparative model of diabetic nephropathy treatment based on integrated case-based reasoning for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy was established.The model will consist of a case-based reasoning module,a rule-based reasoning module,and an RBR scheduling module.When using this model,a case-based reasoning module or a rules-based reasoning module can be selected according to different requirements.Or both of the main and auxiliary reasoning at the same time will solve the solution of the superposition of the satisfactory solution module.After testing,it was found that the accuracy of predictive drug use of the integrated reasoning model was 86.5%.It can be seen that the model has practical clinical significance and can provide decision support for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy in Chinese medicine.
