Based On Data Mining, Zhu Danxi's Theory Of Qi And Blood Stagnation And Its Prescription Medications Were Studied

Purpose:According to the existing works of Zhu Danxi,the database of qi syndrome,blood syndrome and phlegm syndrome of Zhu Danxi is established to dig up the law of drug use of its prescription.In this way,the clinical experience of drug use of Zhu Danxi is summarized,and the qi syndrome,blood syndrome and phlegm syndrome are discussed and relationship between the four depression syndrome is worked out to guide the clinical treatment of related diseases.Methods:1.This study gathers all the prescriptio nfrom Zhu Danxi Medical Book,which contains Danxi Xinfa,DanXi ShouJing,GeZhi YuLun,JinGui GouXuan and so on,published by China traditional Chinese Medicine Press in 2015.2.On the platform of Win10,this study uses excel to input the database of all the prescription in the book to establish the database.Then this study exports the data to SPSS21.0 and Modeler 18.0 to mine the database with association rule Apriori.3.Through data mining to obtain the drug law in treatment of qi syndrome,blood syndrome and phlegm syndrome,and then through the comparison of the results of the three groups,this study can get the drug law of Zhu Danxi treatment of depression syndrome.Results:1.Zhu Danxi works involve a total of 974 qi treatment prescription,where there are 17 flavor commonly used drugs,whose occurrence frequency are more than 100times,of which the most used herbs is zhigancao,followed by dried tangerine peel,atractylodes,poria,ginger and so on.The highest frequency of herb pairs are ginseng with astragalus,licorice with ginger,licorice with ginseng;The highest frequency of the three Chinese herbs are the combination of licorice,ginger,and poria;the highest frequency of four herbs are tangerine peel,pinellia,ginger,licorice.2.Zhu Danxi works involve a total of 569 blood treatment prescription,where there are 10 flavor commonly used drugs,whose occurrence frequency are more than 100 times,of which the most used herbs is angelica,followed by zhigancao,white peony root,chuan xiong and so on.The highest frequency of herb pairs are angelica with astragalus,licorice with chaihu;The highest frequency of the three Chinese herbs combination are angelica,rehmannia and chuanxiong.The highest frequency of the four herbs are rehmannia,angelica,chuanxiong,and white peony root.3.Zhu Danxi works involve a total of 740 phlegm treatment prescription,where there are 12 flavor commonly used drugs,whose occurrence frequency are more than 100 times,of which the most used herbs is licorice,followed by old peel、macrocephala、ginger,poriacocos and so on.The highest frequency of herb pairs are ginger and jujube,liquorice and jujube,astragalus and ginseng;The highest frequency of the three Chinese herbs combination are liquorice、ginger and jujube.The highest frequency of the four herbs are the liquorice,pinellia ternata,ginger,and old peel.4.Zhu Danxi works involve a total of 974 qi treatment prescription,569 blood treatment prescription and 740 phlegm treatment prescription,where there are 19 flavor commonly used drugs,whose occurrence frequency are more than 100 times,of which the most used herbs is licorice,followed by old peel,angelica,baishu,ginger,poria,ginseng,radixpaeoniae,chuanxiong,pinellia,scute llaria;The highest frequency of herb pairs are licorice and ginger,licorice and ginseng,licorice and poria and so on;The highest frequency of the three Chinese herbs combination are radix paeoniae,angelica and chuanxiong.Through the cooperation of the results of prescription used for qi treatment,blood treatment and phlegm treatment,this study finds that Zhu Danxi treats qi syndrome using medicine to treat phlegm depression beyond treating qi,treats blood syndrome using medicine to treat qi depression and phlegm depression beyond treating blood,treats phlegm syndrome using medicine to treat qi depression and blood depression beyond treating phlegm.Conclusion:1.Danxi is good at the application of zhigancao to govern qi and can work wonders.As to the practical medicine,Dan xi regards Sijunzi soup as the main prescription,to gather with the drug of nourishment blood benefit for both mother and the fetus.Meanwhile,Danxi treatment of qi is often accompanied by phlegm treatment,taking comprehensive consideration of pathogenic factors.2.Danxi treatment of blood regards Siwu soup as the main prescription,matched with qi medicine and wind medicine,which can work wonders.Meanwhile,Danxi advocates the treatment for sputum and blood together,which benefit for each other.3.Danxi treatment of phlegm regards Erchen soup as the main prescription,based on tonifying healthy qi or the combination of tonifying healthy qi and driving out malgenic factors.Meanwhile,Danxi advocates the treatment for sputum and blood together,which benefit for each other.4.DanXi’s six depression theory,which combines drying sputum,invigorating spleen qi and nourishing spleen yin using herbs like atractylodes and chuanxiong,centers in treating phlegm depression.5.Dan xi regards Sijunzi soup as the main prescription for qi symptom,Siwu soup as the main prescription for blood symptom,Erchen soup as the main prescription for phlegm symptom,Yue ju pill as the main prescription for depression symptom.Meanwhile Danxi prospects that qi,blood,phlegm and depression should be combined for the treatment of illnesses.
