| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Angelica Decoction granule in the treatment of complex blood stasis heat stasis in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,to confirm the effective treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and the feasibility from the stagnated heat,improve the efficiency of the TCM treatment of RRTI,so as to provide clinical treatment of this disease is a kind of new ideas and methods.Methods:66 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who eventually met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral Danggui compound Gan Tang granule,while the control group was given Pidotimod Granules orally for 2 months.The effects of Danggui Fu Yi Tang granule group and Pidotimod Granules group on the number of infection,TCM syndrome score and cell immune factors in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection with stagnation of blood stasis were compared.After 2 months of treatment and 1 years after the treatment,the effects of the disease,the level of TCM syndrome score and the efficiency,the symptom score of single Chinese medicine,the IFN-gamma,IL-12,IL-4 and IL-10 of the immune factor were evaluated.Result:1.In the treatment group,30 cases were followed up and 3 cases were dropped(3 cases were rejected after treatment and 10%),and the control group was treated with 30 cases,3 cases were lost(1 cases lost visits,2 cases after refusal to collect blood).There were no significant differences in gender,age,total score of TCM syndrome,symptom score of single Chinese medicine and cell immune factors before treatment,and it was comparable in the 2 groups.2.The total curative effect of the two groups of clinical diseases:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83,3%.The total effective rate between the 2 groups was better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3.After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes and single TCM symptoms were analyzed:the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 46.67%.The treatment group was compared with the control group.The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups.In the improvement of the symptoms of the single Chinese medicine,the 2 groups were compared in the same period.The treatment group was improving the face color Shaohua,hand and foot heart heat,pharynx red,lip red,less food,stool dry knot,sleep restlessness.The curative effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in improving the hyperhidrosis and molar symptoms(P>0.05).4.Cell immune factors IFN-gamma,IL-12,IL-4,IL-10 level analysis:after treatment,the level of IL-12 in the treatment group was higher than before the treatment(P<0.05),the level of IL-10 decreased(P<0.05)before treatment(P<0.05),and the group in the treatment group was compared with IFN-gamma,IL-4 level(P>0.05)before and after treatment.Statistical significance.The level of IL-12 in the control group increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In control group,the levels of IFN-gamma,IL-4 and IL-10 were compared before and after treatment(P>0.05),but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:It can effectively reduce the frequency of respiratory tract infection,improve the curative effect of TCM syndromes and the symptoms of single Chinese medicine(face Shaohua,hand,foot and heart heat,pharynx red,lip red,food less,stool dry knot,sweating,sleep uneasiness,molar),which can regulate immune factor water.In order to maintain the balance of immunity and improve the physique of children,the clinical effect is affirmative. |
