Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform System, The Research On The Prescription Of Professor Zhao Hong In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Was Conducted

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a kind of endocrine syndrome in childbearing age women,which has 6%-10%morbidty and an upward trend.Its clinical principal features is too much androgen and continuous no ovulation,and no specific etiology has been clarified.Western medicine treatments for PCOS include adjust lifestyle,adjust menstrual cycle,medication,surgical treatment,etc.Without proper treatment,it is easy to cause metabolic syndrome,endometrial carcinoma,cardiovascular disease and other complications,which seriously affect women’s reproductive health and quality of life.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a desease name in western medicine,which is not clearly explained in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.According to different clinical manifestations,it’s similar to "delayed menstrual cycle","hypomenorrhea","amenorrhea" and "infertility" in TCM.The main location of the disease in the kidney,the main pathogenesis is kidney deficiency,with phlegm dampness,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,liver channel with dampness and heat.The symptoms of the PCOS can be relieved by the traditional Chinese medicine treatment according to syndrome differentiation,and the curative effect is also effective.Supervisor ZHAOHONG chief physician has more than 30 years of clinical,teaching,scientific research work experience on the application of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of common and frequent gynecological diseases.This study uses "Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant platform system Software" to collect,input,collate and statistics professor ZHAOHONG’s outpatient prescriptions for PCOS,learning the teacher’s understanding of the disease in order to show the teacher’s ideas and experience.By using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheriting assistant system,this paper makes a statistical analysis of 130 prescriptions and 116 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for polycystic ovary syndrome treated by supervisor ZHAOHONG chief physician,using association rules and clustering algorithm to analyze the rule and experience of drug use.Multiple rechecking data in the process of entry and analysis are guaranteed to be accurate.After the statistical analysis of the association algorithm,it was found that the commonly used drugs for the treatment of this disease were:fructus ligustri lucidi,angelica,sealwort,adenophora tetraphylla,the root of red-rooted salvia,Semen Cuscutae,cornua cervi degelatinatum,radices paeoniae alba,semen coicis,radix dipsaci,Coptis chinensis,semen astragali complanati,Aceranthus sagittatus,radix paeoniae rubrathe(unpeeled)root of common peony,Astragalus membranaceus,fry semen brassicae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,motherwort,Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii.semen benincasae,spina gleditsiae,medlar,Morinda officinalis,dried tangerine or orange peel.These herbs belong to warm drugs,sweet drugs for more,drugs into the liver,kidney,spleen channels.According to the classification method of traditional Chinese medicine in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" national planning textbook "Pharmacology of traditional Chinese Medicine",116 Chinese medicines were classified into 16 kinds.Among them,41 kinds of deficiency-tonifying herbs(15 kinds of tonic drugs,14 kinds of yin-tonifying drugs,7 kinds of qi-tonifying herbs and 5 kinds of blood-tonifying herbs)are used.followed by 14 kinds of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis herbs and 9 kinds of heat-clearing herbs.Common drug combinations are:①adenophora tetraphylla,fructus ligustri lucidi.②Semen Cuscutae,fructus ligustri lucidi.③angelica,fructus ligustri lucidi.④sealwort,adenophora tetraphylla,fructus ligustri lucid.⑤the root of red-rooted salvia,adenophora tetraphylla.⑥cornua cervi degelatinatum,fructus ligustri lucidi.⑦Semen Cuscutae.sealwort.⑧adenophora tetraphylla,sealwort.⑨angelica,sealwort.⑩the root of red-rooted salvia,fructus ligustri lucidi.11ornua cervi degelatinatum,adenophora tetraphylla.12denophora tetraphylla.sealwort.fructus ligustri lucidi.13Semen Cuscutae.adenophora tetraphylla.14te root of red-rooted extracted from the evolution of entropy clustering of complex systems,the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis was carried out,and eight core drug combinations were including:①fry semen brassicae-the root of red-rooted salvia-donkey-hide gelatin ②cornua cervi degelatinatum-the root of red-rooted salvia-Antler pound ③donkey-hide gelatin-medlar-fructus amomi ④cornua cervi degelatinatum-adenophora tetraphylla-Coptis chinensis-semen coicis.⑤the root of red-rooted-salvia-donkey-hide gelatin-Antler pound.⑥cornua cervi degelatinatum-the root of red-rooted-Coptis chinensis-semen coicis.⑦medlar-fructus amomi-radix paeoniae rubrathe(unpeeled)root of common peony.⑧adenophora tetraphylla-Astragalus mongholicus-adenophora tetraphylla-Coptis chinensis-semen coicis.Further cluster analysis of 8 core combinations to obtain 4 candidate prescriptions:①fry semen brassicae-the root of red-rooted salvia-donkey-hide gelatin-Antler pound.②cornua cervi degelatinatum-the root of red-rooted salvia-Antler pound-adenophora tetraphylla-Coptis chinensis-semen coicis.③donkey-hide gelatin-medlar-fructus amomi-radix paeoniae rubrathe(unpeeled)root of common peony.④cornua cervi degelatinatum-adenophora tetraphylla-Coptis chinensis-semen coicis-Astragalus mongholicus.The results showed that kidney deficiency was the cause of this disease,and spleen,liver,phlegm dampness,qi and blood related.Supervisor in the treatment of PCOS commonly used drugs to tonify the kidney,commonly used Yin and Yang supplement the products,e.g.fructus ligustri lucidi,adenophora tetraphylla,Semen Cuscutae,cornua cervi degelatinatum,Antler pound,medlar,radix dipsaci,etc."The life of a woman is more than qi,less than blood".Women are prone to Qi and Blood Disorder and PCOS patients are more likely to suffer from deficiency of qi and blood,emotional unease,so they often use medicine to nourish qi and nourish blood when they are treated,e.g.Angelica sinensis,donkey-hide gelatin,liquorice,with radix bupleuri,radices paeoniae alba.dried tangerine or orange peel,fructus aurantii,rhizoma cyperi,fructus aurantii immaturus to regulating the meridian and soothing the liver and relieving depression.PCOS patients have menstrual thinning,menstrual delay or amenorrhea and other menstrual disorders history,Professor ZHAOHONG commonly used to regulate menstrual medicine to correct menstrual disorders,e.g.the root of red-rooted salvia、motherwort、eupatorium、safflower、peach seed、caulis spatholobi,etc.In addition,the patients with this disease are more obese,fat people have more phlegm dampness,if the patients are fat,Professor ZHAOHONG also use astragalus membranaceus、atractylodes、radix pseudostellariae、yam,etc to replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,and use amomum、fry mustard、arisacma consanguineum,coix seed,melon seeds,poria cocos to eliminating dampness and eliminating phlegm.PCOS patients always have menostaxis,menstrual dripping,intermenstrual bleeding,Professor ZHAOHONG use madder,cuttlebone,charcoal of platycladus orientalis to stop bleeding.To summarize the core drug of the above ZHAOHONG professor in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,using fructus ligustri lucidi、sealwort、Semen Cuscutae、cornua cervi degelatinatum、fruit of chinese wolfberry to nourish ying and yang of liver and kidney,using chinses Angelica、donkey-hide gelatin to benefite qi and nourishing blood,using white peony to Soothing the liver and nourishing blood,using astragalus membranaceu、atractylodes、yam replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen、using coix seed,melon seeds to clearing damp and promoting diuresis,using the root of red-rooted salvia、red peony、motherwort to promote blood circulation to restore menstrual flow,using amomum、fry mustard、arisacma consanguineum to remove dampness and resolving phlegm,using bupleurum、cyperus、dried tangerine peel to sooth liver and regulating qi,using notopterygium to connecte up and down,using madder、cuttlebone to stop bleeding if there is uncommon vegina bleeding.
