| Darius Milhaud was one of the greatest composers in France in the twentieth century and was the member of the“Six,Les”. He was attend the Anti-fascist People’s Music Alliance in the late 30’s and his views have influenced a generation of French composer.The music style of Milhaud was affected by Brazil’s folk music, American jazz and the new classical music,there are both classical rigorous, and bold innovation of modern composing techniques in his music.The sachs suite "Scaramouch" was adapted for the incidental music and alto saxophone and music band by Milhaud in 1939,the original song is for the drama "charlatan" soundtrack in 1937.This suite is divided into three movements, and each movement has a different musical characteristics and image.Diversification of chord structure and multi-tonal harmony gave the suite more colorful dimension and increased the dramatic quality of the performance.In addition, the Brazilian dance beats use to become one of the features of this compose.This article studied on the perspective of piano,is divided into four chapters. The first chapter briefly described the life and creation,the musical style of Milhaud and the version comparison of Scaramouch.The second chapter expounded the style of this compose by analyzed the structure and harmony.The third chapter mainly discussed the piano analysis of Scaramouch, by analyzing the playing of themes, rhythm characteristics,performance techniques and the use of the pedal, explored how to playing well for a piano accompanist.The fourth chapter was from the perspective of piano and saxophonist cooperation, discussed how to cooperate between the two.In the point of both music form and performing skills, this work can be referred to a masterpiece.The work include difficult techniques and it is a combination of technical and musical characteristics,not only is a very good basic skill ascending music for saxophonist, for piano accompanist is a worth playing and cooperation work. |
