| Lu xun's essay is the best literature of our country,which are not only better than the essay of the early mandarin but also better than the morden essay.has great value of research. But the studies of the previous researchers were limited to its artistic quality, ideological content, militancy and so on,and attached great importance to the description and analysis.On the contrary,they rarely analysed them objectively based on the statistics. In view of this, we will reseach lu xun's essay stematically and scientifically with the help of corpus to show its language style. In this paper, the main research idea is as follows:Firstly,we should establish three corpora,they are the lu xun's essay corpus with the capacity of 820059 characters,the lu xun's novel corpus with the capacity of 139914 characters,and the other writers'essays with the capacity of 61074 characters. And the other two corpora are reference corpus.Secondly, at the level of the words and punctuation, the reference corpus is the Lu Xun's novels.We counted 17 linguistic features percentage,which appeared in Lu xun's essays and his novels,including word length, sentence length, monosyllabic words, double syllable words and so on,then found 11 language characteristics have significant difference effect. So we based on these characteristics, mainly analysed monosyllabic words, pronouns, nouns, lexical variation and some punctuation. And we can drew some conclusions:compared to Lu Xun's novels, Lu xun's essay is more classical, the emergence of "?" is more complex, the vocabulary characteristics is lower to some degree.Thirdly, at the level of how a word is composed, the reference corpus is the other miscellaneous writer's essay. We counted the words which can not be devised correctly in the two corpor. After analysis, we found that there are some differences between the two corpor, such as affix?wrong words and so on, becoming its special linguistic features. Especially the imitation words, we can find 82 in the Lu xun's essay but 10 in the Lu xun's novel. A t the level of, "?" and "?" only appeard in the Lu xun's essay, and the "?" has its own character in Lu xun's essay.Finally, we used n-gram and found some regularitys in different length's clusters. The conclusion is that if a cluster has shorter length it will be more flexible. At the other side, the longer cluster will be limited to some certain texts.This text studied the Lu xun's essay, we mainly counted and analysed it from its words and methods of how a word is composed. We think that it maybe has certain significance to Chinese literature especially colloquialism essay, also can be applyed to the analysis of other types of text. |
