Material Language Research In Fiber Art

Modern fiber art is based on the material,the modern fiber art is fundamentally's recognition on the material itself and focus on performance materials language of an art form.In this article,through combination of personal creation and practical experience,through access to the library of books,pictures,the materials of fiber art works at home and abroad.To research and discussion in the production of fiber art,using the new material and technology language reflect the nature of the material language makes the work practical with adornment,unifies the scene and space,change and innovation.This thesis first language of modern fiber art materials are summarized,and analysis of the physical language of fiber materials,the in the mind language,process and present form language and so on.We should value language will explore the sights of material itself,the material is the source of fiber art.In my graduation design in the modern fiber art materials in the language as the research object,the creative thinking on the understanding of the material should be from passive to active,found the beauty of materials,materials of inner significance of humanistic spirit,excavate potential of materials of all sorts of use,for the correct material selection,and pointed out the direction of the better use of materials for art creation.We should from the works ideological content to the concept of performance ways to enhance understanding and cognition.Improve the attention society,pay attention to the habit of nature,concerned about the environment,from the view of an artist or designer will be personal emotions into the work,make a design works not only has the function of decoration and higher ideological content,concepts and innovative concept of contemporary art.The thematic conceptual expression into the design,make the finished product from materials,process,form must be hitting the theme,walk in the forefront of contemporary.
