"Taiping jing" is a classic book of early Taoism,which is completed in the Han Dynasty, containing a wealth of ecological thoughts.Han Dynasty faces a serious nature and social crisis, how to handle the relationship properly between the Heaven and Earth, human and things,it's the time background of the Taiping jing'ecological thoughts."Taiping jing" explains the same origin from the Taoism, air, Heaven and Earth, symbiosis of everything.And talks about the same structure from the Five Xing, the Three Qi. "Taiping jing" put Heaven and Earth,human and natural things into a huge system by the theory of the same origin and structure.Heaven and Earth give birth to the natural world, decides the growing condition and growing characteristics. In turn, all things can reflect the law of Heaven and Earth through its unique way.Therefore it makes the natural world the ties of Heaven and Earth and man. The Heaven, Earth, people has relationship with father, mother, and son. People should respect, reverence world, follow the rule of Heaven, or they will be punished. As the first-class of all things,people should also base on the criteria of Heaven,loving life and hating killing. So as to promote the natural world to prove,to grow,to die. On the contrary, as a messenger of heaven and earth, the natural world can reflect the political situation,even determine the human health,life and death.The natural ecological thoughts of "Taiping jing"inherited the previous results, and opened the ecological thoughts of later Taoism.It served as a link between past and future.Its entire view of ecology,and attitude of respecting Heaven and Earth,and life,and norms on human life responsibilities, make we reflect.
