Ethics,as an ancient question, has always run throughout the history of human society. With the vision of modernistic problem to the philosophy study in the 20th Century, ethic issues have also become the focus problem. Many philosophers start to research the human society in the perspective of ethics, and make modernistic reflection and criticism. They try to explore a moral path which can solve the crisis of modernity, and break through the dilemma of modernity. In this thesis,we studied the ethic thought of Agnes Heller, who was an important representative personage of Eastern European Neo-Marxism.Heller took "free and overall development for each person" as the starting point, which was the core of Marxism ethics.Based on the point of daily life criticism and the root of daily lifecrisis the close link between moral crisis and daily lifecrisis was revealed.By moral reconstruction,Heller attempted to help people break out of difficulties and surmount the alienation of everyday life, thus realizing the humanity of daily life. The ethic thought of Heller's daily life criticism was discussed from four aspects in this thesis, which included exploring the source of Heller's ethics thought, revealing the concrete representation of the moral dilemma for Heller's daily life criticism, elaborating the moral reconstruction for the moral dilemma, and evaluating the theoretical contribution and limitation of Heller's ethics thought.Heller's ethics thought, based on the point of daily life criticism, had certain limitations in practice, but it opened Marxism ethics to microcosmic and expanded the Marxism ethics. After all,its theoretical value can not be ignored.
