"Yunshantu" was created by Wang Shimin in his seventy years. At that time he is not rigidly adhere to the yellow Huang Gongwang "to seize the essence",which can fully reflect his artistic characteristics. The performance of this painting embodies the theme of "mountainous retreat",which the landscape painters often shew, the ancients described the landscape of mind through travel observation,as well as their memory.Although the performance of the immediate scene, the painting also reflects the subjective feelings of scholars and academic accomplishment,so the learning of the ancients can not simply stay in the icon and ink,but also need to understand the observation of landscape,in the ancient point of view. The themes of my graduation creation are series works of "Weiyoujiashanbuyankan","Fuluanqucuitu","Shanshuiqingyintu",and "Qiushanyanaitu" are leart from Wang Shimin's "Yunshantu" and intended to create via his idea.Themes are used in the seclusion of autumn mountain recreation. My hometown Tengzhou has " Eight Sightseeings in Ancient Tengzhou ",in which the " Longling Qingyun " and " Gucui Shuangfeng " are the only remaining two of the eight sightseeings, the landscape is painted via mysecond creation after the sketch.Copying and sketch are the two themes that are inseparable for a learner of landscape paintings, copying is to close to the ancients, and the formation of own ink needs the accumulation, which needs to find answers fro m the ancients.Sketch is the process of finding material from the nature, and looking for ways of not being trapped by the ancients and differences of them, through watching them quietly,in order to get miraculous awakening, and put own emotions into it,and then work painstakingly.
