The children's peer relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship that is established in the process of children's communication,especially in the same age.Peer relationship plays an important role in children's personality and social development: it is conducive to children's concept of equality,good personality,healthy emotion,form the spirit of solidarity;conducive to children's self education and self learning;conducive to the development of children's self concept and personality.In the 80 s of last century,China began to implement family planning,and now these only children have been parents,there have been a large number of "The sub-mono-children".Then,how the sub-mono-children's peer status? In this study,through the test method(peer nomination),observation,interview and questionnaire survey,we found that the sub-mono-children's popularity is generally low,poor peer communication skills,strategies,and strong dependence.The main way of raising children,"one generation" parents improper parenting style,teachers of the sub-mono-children's negative attitude and evaluation,are important factors influencing on the sub-mono-children's bad peer relationship.The sub-mono-children's bad peer relationship is extremely unfavorable for its future development,in order to change this situation,to explore effective strategies to improve the sub-mono-children's bad peer relationship,this study selected two typical classes of adverse peer relationship of the sub-mono-children,the implementation of a case study on intervention.Focusing on the factors that affect the children's peer relationship,and through the analysis,identify the child's intelligence strengths,according to children's intelligence strengths,design and implementation of appropriate,targeted intervention programs.The results showed that: through intervention,the change of the nature of children's peer communication,improve the quality and ability of children's peer communication,improve the peer acceptance of children,improve the child's peer relationship.Through the research on the intervention of the sub-mono-children's bad peer relationship,this paper argues that: first,good ecological environment is the premise of effective intervention."Thesub-mono-children" in order to give the children to create a good ecological environment,not only the parents should change the concept of education and upbringing,improve parent-child relationship,improve the quality of parent-child interaction,and teachers also need to change the teacher child communication,improve the relationship between teachers,improve the quality of interaction between teachers and children;secondly,give full play to children's intelligence is the key to effective intervention;finally,their cooperation is an important guarantee for effective.
