As the China's unique national type of films,martial arts film contains a profound historical,cultural and national spirit,which has always been in the Chinese film in a pivotal position in the territory.With the development of martial arts genre and realistic cultural context,the martial arts films in the new century have shown a diversified development trend.They have made great progress in martial arts ideas,action aesthetics and narrative techniques.Especially Xu Haofeng,a great author style of "hardcore martial arts" movies in the aesthetic and cultural levels to achieve the breakthrough of the traditional martial arts films.It is of great practical significance to the development of national culture,traditional martial arts and types of the martial arts films.In the realistic context of cultural development,technology development and media integration,Xu's martial arts film is an anti-traditional principle of the creation of a film based on the landscape and action landscape,which aims at creating the cultural,artistic and ideological landscape.Under the guidance of this creative idea,the characters in Xu's martial arts films have changed from traditional non-black-white,non-good-evil binary opposition to possessing soul and flesh;Imaging style from the pursuit of the scene,modeling,technology,special effects of the spectacle to highlight the cultural qualities as the core of the realism;The aesthetics of action also moves from copying,routine to pursuit of "science" as the basis for the anti-programming.At the same time,Xu 's martial arts film is the core of the traditional culture,and it constructs the authentic martial arts ethics,spreading the Confucianism culture as the core value recognition and the Buddhism culture as the support of the religious idea.On this basis,Xu 's martial arts films on the warrior' s moral sabotage and power struggle,as well as the collapse of the belief in the military line and the decay of the system will have a realistic critique.It is undeniable that the transcendence of Xu 's martial arts films in aesthetic and cultural aspects not only contrasts with the past martial arts films,but also inspires the return of the essence of martial arts and the cultural return of martial arts essence.But we should also see that the popular aesthetic tamed by popular culture for a long time can not understand the narrative structure of Xu 's martial arts film fragmentation,the exquisite audio-visual language and the deep cultural metaphor.The traditional ethics promoted by Xu 's martial arts films have lost the soil of existence,and exist many discordant points with the value of modern society.Therefore,the innovation and development of the martial arts films not only need to spread the national culture,construct national identity,but also need to deal with and balance the contradiction between elite culture and popular culture,traditional culture and modern concept.
