The Evolution And Characteristics Of Chinese Character Painting Linear Art In The First Half Of The 20th Century

Line is the most important way of expression in Chinese figure painting,which changes with the development of society.In this paper,by analyzing of the Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming,Qing and the Republic of China period painting art line summed up the general characteristics of linear art in each period,and analyzes the difference between the first half of the twentieth Century figure painting line art with the first generation of each period of painting lines,and then analyzes the causes of this period of linear evolution of art characteristics and analysis of line shift.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter gives a brief introduction to the significance of this topic,the current research status and the basic concept of "linear art";The second chapter mainly analyzes the lines of the representative painters and the main characters in Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,Through the analysis and comparison of a large number of image data,summed up the development and changes of the characters and the overall characteristics of the various periods,for the next chapter to do the necessary groundwork and analysis;The third chapter is the main body of this paper,Firstly,Analysis of the works of Ren Bonian,Ren Weichang linear consciousness of art,And then,Analysis of the large number of artists in the Republic of China in the north and south of the fast line of the figure painting,Finally,elaborating the transformation and development of linear art in the first half of the twentieth Century with the summary that development of the figure painting lines in different periods in Previous chapter;The fourth chapter discusses the main reasons of the transformation of the figure art in the first half of the twentieth Century;finally,summed up the three main characteristics of linear art.The main research results of this paper can be summarized as follows:First half of twentieth Century,The lines of the figure painting turn neat rigorous into fast write and sway free because of traditional calligraphy,material tools and business economics,and formation the linear art features that the free swing of this period,the strong lyrical and non repetitive.
