| Sports dance is a sports and dance art perfect fusion of sports.In 1987 the State Education Commission for the first time approved in the country part of the higher physical education and higher normal colleges and universities to recruit sports dance direction of talent.In 2005,the Shandong Provincial Department of Education issued the "2006 in Shandong Province,the general college art professional enrollment work implementation program" for the first time in the sports dance included in the general college entrance examination art enrollment.As of 2016,including two colleges and universities,including the establishment of art in Shandong Province(sports dance direction)a total of nine colleges and universities.With the rapid development of sports dance in colleges and universities,it is of great significance to explore the development of sports dance talents in Shandong province under the background of building a well-off society.In this study,the author uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis of Shandong Normal University,Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Qufu Normal University,Linyi University,Binzhou College,Weifang College,Zaozhuang College,Heze College of 9 institutions of sports dance professional direction of the personnel training conducted a survey,With a view to understanding the situation of sports dance talents in colleges and universities in Shandong Province and the shortcomings and deficiencies,To find out the goal of the professional direction of personnel training and the reality of the current demand gap,And puts forward the suggestion of rationalization for the cultivation of college sports dance talents in Shandong province,The results show that:1,Shandong Province art professional sports dance direction of the commitment to the Department of Physical Education,Professional attribution mainly for dance and dance performances,To art-based enrollment,Admission is unstable,The situation was "hump type";The number of graduate students in Shandong Province is less,The increase in undergraduate enrollment plan in colleges and universities is not obvious.2,Shandong Province,professional art college(sports dance direction)students in cultural achievements range 300-350 points,Only a small number of students master the international standard dance ten technology,The proportion of students recruited,Sex ratio imbalance between partners,Competition participation and access to the relevant qualification certificate rate is not high,Graduates have a higher overall employment rate,But the employment direction and professional match is low,Most students have vague career planning and lack of career guidance.3,Shandong Province college art(sports dance direction)teachers to male mostly,Teaching methods to single-based,Age range in the green,middle and young stages,Generally have a high degree of education and have a higher sports dance theory and technical ability,But the lack of professors of the title of the teacher,The institutions attach importance to in-service education,but the overall achievements of teachers as a whole.4,The influencing factors of the cultivation of art talents in colleges and universities in Shandong province mainly include the guarantee of funds,the ability of teachers' business and the three aspects of software and hardware facilities,There is no uniform specification for teaching materials and syllabus,General teaching materials and audio teaching materials,the actual use rate is low,The school hours and credits as well as the curriculum structure and content of the autonomy of the strong and distinctive,But the ratio is not coordinated and the targeting is poor,The institutions are equipped with professional teaching venues and supporting facilities and equipment,But the satisfaction is not high.The semester examination is based on theoretical and technical evaluation,Students' attitudes and abilities are less experienced. |
