Decision is to make choices in the given options. It fills and determines our life, whether to vary from a child who would prefer TV-watching or learning after school,or to a country to take the "Peace Policy" or "Offensive Policy" against another country. In real life, people are faced with a variety of risks and uncertainties, thus showing different decision preference. So, it is very important to discuss the influencing factors of risk decision. This study takes 758 undergraduates and graduate students (hereinafter referred to as college students) as research objects and starts from the effects of reinforcement sensitivity on risk decision preferences, and then explores the intermediary role of self-control in reinforcement sensitivity and decision making preferences. Further SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical analysis on the data is followed. The results show that:(1) There were significant differences on some demographic variables for the reward sensitivity and self-control. Men were more sensitive to rewarding stimuli than women; self-control ability of only child is higher than non only child ; as the grade increased, the sensitivity of undergraduate reward sensitivity gradually decreased, the ability of self - control gradually increased;compared with undergraduate students, graduate students have lower reward sensitivity and higher self-control.(2) Self-control plays an intermediary part in reward sensitivity and risk decision preferences. Reward sensitivity would significantly and positively predict the risk propensity in risk decision making, while its prediction for self-control is the opposite; self-control would significantly and negatively predict the risk propensity.(3) Self-control plays an intermediary part in punishment sensitivity and risk decision preferences. Punishment sensitivity would significantly and negatively predict the risk propensity in risk decision making, while its prediction for self-control is the opposite; self-control would significantly and negatively predict the risk propensity.
