Filial piety is an important part of Chinese cultural psychology. This paper explores whether the behavioral filial--gender stereotype existed in children's mind.The second goal of this paper is to find out the differences in the college student in the dilemma of filial piety (maintenance, obedience).The first part used the SEB questionnaire to measure the discrepancy of college students' stereotypes. The results show that: The behavioral filial --gender stereotype of children in college is significant. For the behavior consistent with the gender impression,tend to internal attribution,and inconsistent scenarios tend to external attribution,further explain the existence of stereotype interpretation bias. For the second part, the experiment was designed into a "2 × 2" mixed experiment. The type of dilemma(obedience type of filial piety dilemma, maintenance type of filial piety dilemma) for the subjects within the subject, subject sex (male and female) for the subjects between the factors. The reorganized Yeh's filial piety dilemma as experimental material, 120 college students in Nanjing participated in this experiment. The results show that the difference between the type of dilemmas is significant. Children trend to say yes in the maintenance type of filial piety dilemma, while they trend to say no in obedience type of filial piety dilemma. while female student shows more difficulty than male in all types of filial piety dilemma. Under the obedience type of filial piety dilemma, All the students have more difficult in female type than male. The difference between only child with Non-only child in obedience dilemma is significant. For the obedience type,the decision-making of science students is more decisive than the liberal arts students.The existence of stereotypes is universal and profoundly affects people's expectations and explanations of events. College students have different expectations of the type of behavioral filial for male and female children. To some extent,this kind of expectation will also affect children's certain behavioral filial.
