"Mantingfang" is one of the most commonly used long tunes in Song, Jin and Yuan period. Divided into two pieces, the body part is complex and there are many aliases. The earlier and more credible "Mantingfang" Ci appeared in the early Northern Song Dynasty, and some scholars regarded it as "the new sound of the Northern Song Dynasty" therefore. There have been large numbers of "Mantingfang"Ci in Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties. Poets such as Yan Jidao, Su Shi, Qin Guan, Zhou Bangyan all have works handed down, leaving a lot of famous masterpiece. This paper aims to explore the development of this lexical tone, analyze the characteristics,and excavate the value of this tone.This article is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The first part mainly discusses the significance of research, research status and trends, research methods, innovation. The text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly discovers the origin of the tone of "Mantingfang", which is more credible from Liu Zongyuan's poem with the name of "Mantingfang". It also sorts out the"Mantingfang" and its famous name of the situation. The second chapter mainly discusses the system of "Mantingfang", summarizes its common body style and rhyme characteristics on the basis of the statistics of Song, Jin and Yuan's"Mantingfang" Ci, and explores the inner relation between its syntax and the formulation and expression. The third chapter combs the evolution of "Mantingfang"in Song,Jin and Yuan's four hundred years, and excavates the different characteristics of the "Mantingfang" in each dynasty. The fourth chapter mainly explores the characteristics and evolution of the theme of "Mantingfang",and explores the cultural function and cultural connotation of "Mantingfang". The fifth chapter discusses the relationship between the "Mantingfang" Ci and the song, by comparing the"Mantingfang" Ci and "Mantingfang" song.The conclusion part mainly elaborates the development track of "Mantingfang" and its extremely high acceptance in later generations.
