A Comparative Study Of The Phonological Lines Of Classical Interpretation And Cut Rhyme

Ch'ieh-yun and Jingdian shiwen,which were written in the 7 century,are significant literature for the study of Chinese phonology.The research of them is of great value,and we have got many results.However,previous study still have 2 obvious deficiencies:1.On the study of Jingdian shiwen we ignore the complexity of phonetic notation,which is intended to identify the significance.2.Comparative analysis is based on the comparison of sound classes,which is inadequate.Therefore,the research ideas are as follows.First,we summarized the sound classes of the two books after we determined the method of link.Then,we compared the similarities and differences between them.Finally,using binary comparison and hierarchical cluster analysis,we analyzed the relationship between the two books.In the chapter one, through the analysis of Ch'ieh-yun's Qieyushangzi(????),we summarized 48 classes and further merged into 38 initials.In addition,Ch 'ieh-yun's rhythms were divided into 276 classes.In the chapter two,by a relation and investigation Of jingdian shiwen,we got initials and rhythms of Jingdian shiwen.
