Drucker's Research On Corporate Ethics

Peter F. Drucker,as the founder of modern management, is a great management thinker of the twentieth century. It is of great significance to interpret Drucker's corporate ethics thought and to study the management system of Drucker in an in-depth and comprehensive way. It is of great significance to the construction of enterprise ethical culture and the innovation of corporate social responsibility practice model in the new situation.The paper reviews the status of Drucker's research at home and abroad firstly,and then gives an overview of Drucker's life and thought. This thesis has four parts.The first chapter explains the basic ideas of the author. The second chapter makes a history review of Drucker's ethics thought in terms of social and history background and the main factors and process of ethics thoughts. And the author then tries to explore its mechanisms and causes. Chapter three analyzes the contents of Drucker's ethics which include the enterprise morals on Integration of responsibility and benefit,the humanistic core of the ethical thinking and social value of the responsibility of ethical thinking. The article puts forward the shortcomings of this article finally.
