In the process of human conquesting nature and remaking society,the attention of human,human value and human dignity value contributed to the emergence of humanistic management,which is the basic symbol of modern management civilization.Management as a basic practice of human society,the concept of "human-oriented" has gradually emerged,whose role is more and more important in the management practice,and also prompts deep thinking on the management concept and management practices.In the West,the evolution of management theory has been hovering between rationality and irrationality.At the beginning of the 20 th century,Taylor,Max weber and other people put forward theoretical point of views such as scientific management and classical organization,which laid a solid foundation for the rational management thought and scientific management mode.As this kind of management theory says,rational "economic man" is eager to maximize profits,in pursuit of their own economic goals they also help to promote organizational goals,so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprises to promote the benefit maximization.From the 1930 s to the 1960 s,people began to pay attention to the behavioral science theories that influenced of human's psychology and the organizational efficiency goals.The founder of human relations management,Mayo,questioned the hypothesis of "economic man",and believed employees should be social people who need to be satisfied.If you want to be more efficient,you need people-oriented management.In the 1980 s,people gradually realized that management was not full-emotional or full-rational.In the case of enterprise management,rationality and irrationality were unified.In the western developed countries,the management practice and management theory have evolved from "economic man" to "social person",and they also treat rationality and irrationality dialectically.However,western management mode still takes system as the core.Even the role of human is noticed,their position is still the same with machine,just a kind of tool.This kind of understanding is one-sided,and it can't fully interpret the essence of "people-oriented" management.In China's process of the modernization of enterprise management,it'sinadvisable to follow western management mode completely.China's enterprise managers should have foresights to find a kind of management mode,which starts from the fundamental point of respect and appreciate people,and also corresponds to the domestic enterprise with its own characteristics.It's extremely urgent.In various historical periods of ancient China,numerous outstanding leaders constantly searched for the rules and methods of selecting,employing and cultivating talents.They have accumulated plenty of management experience and achieved fruitful results,among which Confucian management thoughtis is the main part.The Confucian emphasizes that by improving the moral self-discipline of human beings,mobilizing the positive emotions of human beings and adjusting the negative emotions of people by reasonable means,people's subjective initiative can be fully played.The fundamental spirit of Confucian management thought is "benevolence",namely people-oriented,characterized by harmony,through the method of "self-discipline management" and "heteronomy management" to develop selves and others together,and finally finishing the enterprise management process of "sagely within and kingly without".Emotional ethics management thoughts of the Confucian management thoughts have a lot in common with the modern enterprise management thoughts.It seizes the roots of people,attaching great importance to human feelings,and also not ignoring system construction in the process of management,which plays a reference role in China's modern enterprise management.This paper suggests that the emotional factors of Confucian ethics thought can be used to mine the humanisti concept,combined with the reasonable part of the western management system,to construct enterprise management theory with Chinese characteristics suitable for the Chinese business.Based on this,this paper uses historical analysis,comparative analysis and normative analysis and other probe into the essence of Confucian ethics emotion management thoughts,to summe up the core essence of Confucian ethics emotion management thought.So we can learn from its essence and discuss the concrete path of improving modern enterprises management efficiency.
