The discussion of "Moral Luck" has been forty years to this day. For forty years, the thought of Moral Luck is a fairly young theory relative to the philosophical creed that has gone through thousands of years in history. We can't study Moral Luck circumvent Nagel's mind. However, the dissertations of Moral Luck from Nagel's perspective is too less. So it is necessary to carry out a deep study of Moral Luck in the relatively weak areas. If we want to understand "what is Moral Luck", we must clarify the relationship between Free Will and Moral Judgment first. The idea of Free Will consider that moral actors have Free Will and must be responsible for their actions. But through research we found that in many cases, moral actors are not entirely free,we still regard him as the object of Moral Judgments. Then we discussed the great differences between Free Will, Strong Determinism and Moral Responsibility.Because of the incompatibility between these views, Nagel saw the great possibility of Moral Luck, which proposed a style of Moral Luck with Nagel's style. On the one hand, the author makes a detailed description of the four categories of Moral Luck through Nagel's essay, and gradually forms the infrastructure of Nagel's Moral Luck thought. So that we can better understand Nagel's own efforts to the study on Moral Luck. On the other hand,on the basis of Nagel's thought, we try to sort out the differences between Moral Luck and Self-Benevolence and the theory of Obligation, the essence and the dross in Nagle's thoughts, then obtain the reference to the present society.Howere,Nagel stressed the study of the urgent reality of moral issues, which maked ethics with more realistic meaning; At the same time, for the impact of the environment,we appeal not only to strengthen our cultivation, but also to construct a more harmonious society and to strengthen the system construction.
