Moral emotion, a kind of emotion growing out of personal or social interests and well-being, when they evaluate themselves or others on the basis of social norms or conduct codes. The study of children's moral judgment usually adopts the method of moral emotion judgment. Many studies have adopted Scenario Approach to investigate the development of children's moral judgments, but almost all concentrate on the tool-attacking situations, the results of the study are not consistent. In the past, researches on the expression strategy of children's emotional expressions were based on the customary rules, and from the perspective of custom or an individual, the author discusses the use of the victim's emotional expression strategy, and rarely involves the observation of the emotional expression of the moral violation. In this study, two kinds of game paradigms and story situational approach were used to investigate the development of the moral judgment and expression strategy of 220 children aged 4?6 years old in attack and biased situations. The moral field emphasizes two specifications: fairness and care (Turiel,1983).The study one creates a biased situation with the dictator game and the ultimatum game, exploring the development of the morbid judgment and expression strategy of 94 children aged 4-6 years under different desire results. The results show:(1) 4 to 6-year-old children can make correct moral judgments on the partial behavior;(2) the desire results influence children's biased judgments on the moral mood. In the desire-achieving conditions, children tend to judge the partial experience of positive emotions, while in the conditions where their desire did not achieve, children tend to judge the partial experience of negative emotions; (3) Under the conditions of achieving the desire, as they grow up, 4 to 6-year-old children on the partial mood of moral judgments show "positive" "negative" development model; (4) 4 to 6-year-old children's mixed moral awareness of cognitive development as they grow up. 5 to 6-year-old group of children to determine the desire to achieve partial loss of people who have more mixed moral emotions; (5) In the partial people desire-achieving situations, 4 to 6-year-old children use weakening strategy most, and exaggerating strategy least. In the partial people desire-not-achieving situations, they use exaggerating strategy least, and concealment strategy most.Study two uses the Scenario Approach to set the attack situation, adopting a mixed experiment design of 3 (age: 4 years old. 5 years old, 6 years old) × 2 (attack type: instrumental attack, hostile attack) X 2 (desire result: reached, not reached) to explore the development of moral hazard judgment and expression strategies of attackers from 126 4 to 6-year-old children. The results show: (1) 4 to 6-year-oldchildren can make the right moral judgments on the attack; (2) different attack situations, 4 to 6-year-old children on the attacker's moral sentiment judgments show different trends: instrumental attack desire-achieving conditions, children's moral hazard to the attacker "positive""negative" development model, hostile attack desire-achieving conditions, the children of the attacker's moral sentiment to judge"negative" - "positive" - "negative" development model; (3) desire results affect children's mixed moral awareness, 4 to 6-year-old children are more inclined to judge.the desire-achieving attacker perceived mixed moral emotions; (4) the age effect of 4-6-year-old children's emotional expression strategy in the attacking situation is increasing with age, and the strategy is divided from high to low, followed by concealment strategy, calm strategy, weakening strategy and exaggerating strategy. To sum up, this study combines two research areas, the field of moral theory with the emotional expression strategy, exploring moral violations of children in the partial, attackers moral mood judgments and emotional expression strategy to use the development model, revealing cognitive development trends of 4 to 6 - year - old children mixed moral emotions, and the impact of the desire results. This study provides a basis for the specialization of the field, but also expanses the current understanding of children's moral sentiment to a certain extent. In addition, it provides a reference for children's moral expression and the training of moral behavior in daily lives.
