Lu Shen Notes Works Research

Notes compilation in Ming Dynasty was flouring as never before,as Lu Shen's various notes had been handed down from ancient times.His notes could be found in Yan Shan Wai Ji,24 species,40 volumes,first publicated in the twenty-four year during the Jia Jing period.By taking Lu Shen's notes as research objects,this paper was divided into four parts,Lu Shen's lifestory,family learning and acquaintanceship;era characteristics that reflected by his notes;Lu Shen's notes from literature view and the academic culture of Ming Dynasty revealed from his notes.In chapter one,Lu Shen's lifestory,family learning,acquaintanceship and versions of Yan Shan Wai Ji were mainly introduced,of which family learning and acquaintanceship were the research emphasis and difficulties.Firstly,starting from Sheng Jia Nan Xun Ri Lu and Da Jia Bei Huan Lu,to discuss the subsequences of the Great Ritual Controversy which was rather famous in Ming Dynasty,which can be a textual research for official history.Whereafter,discussing the ideology of practical principle based on Lu Shen's notes and making a contrastive demonstrating of economic view with his son Lu Ji to investigate the similarities and differences between them.Finally,relying on Lu Shen's notes,this paper discussed the elegant life and official career of scholars in Ming Dynasty.In chapter three,the literature features of Lu Shen's notes were chosen to be the research emphasis,discussing the literariness and the way of notes creation.Lu Shen's academic notes were discussed in chapter four,mainly including calligraphy and historiography,and its contribution on academic culture was summarized.
