Japanese learning consists of four aspects: listening, speaking, reading and writing. As the most intuitive part of learners' Japanese level,"speaking" is an important part that learners cannot ignore and must strive to improve. For learners from Chinese,Japanese pronunciation is only high or low,but the increase and decrease between high and low is not easy to grasp and usally prone to errors. In this dissertation, using the method of experimental phonetics,12 sets of flat-type,high-tailed,medium-high and high-to-high types are selected as experimental corpus, and two native speakers and 12 learners are selected as the research object, using The Praat speech analysis software to describe and analyze the tuning of native speakers and learners.Through experiments, eight types of errors were summed up.By SPSS data statistical analysis software, the proportion of learners in various types of errors was statistically calculated, and further differences were made according to the differences in grade, gender, region, and tone type. After a comparative analysis, learners have different tendencies in eight types of errors due to differences in grade, gender, region, and tone type. Finally discussed the causes of errors and proposed teaching strategies in order to guide the pronunciation practice. Finally, the dissertation discusses the causes of errors and summarizes the causes of errors into subjective and objective reasons. The subjective reason is that learners are unaware of the differences in tuning. The objective reason is the negative transfer of mother tongue and the neglect of tuning teaching by teachers or schools. And for the causes of errors in teaching reflection, the dissertation put forward the appropriate teaching strategies in order to guide the pronunciation practice.
