The Enlightenment Of Zen's "nothingness" Thought To The Concept Of Art Management

In resent years,with the richness of people's spiritual life,the position of art is also rising.As an indispensable part of the development of art industry,the necessity of art management talents is also gradually highlighted.However,domestic research on art management is also at the stage of groping.Most theories learning the " traditional rational managing pattern" from the western countries.It is undeniable that the western management thinking can improve the efficiency of organizational behavior and maximize the economic benefit.On the other hand,this kind of thinking fails to fully exploit human potential,neglect human initiative,and easily lose oneself in work.Therefore,in the face of the unavoidable maladies of the western management,the managers should excavate the essence and wisdom of Chinese traditional culture,combine the humanities with science,and make up for them.There are few researches on combining Chinese traditional classic,Chinese philosophy and artistic management.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish the art management concept of Chinese localization.This thesis takes the Zen "selfless state" as the research object,and uses the literature research method,the investigation method,the participatory observation method and so on.Through the analysis of the poems of two Chan master's,the poem contains"self state" and "selfless state".On the basis of the "Beijing White Cloud Temple' s Tai Chi class" case,to verify the management value of the "selfless state" idea,and in order to provide some management ideas for art managers.
