Since the 1970 s,the famous American philosopher and German esthetics historian Leonard P·Wessell tried to reinterpret the internal logic of Marx's philosophy in the context of German classical aesthetics.Wessell believed that Marx's philosophy,economics and political science benefited from a poetic ideal,and Marx's scientific thought was a kind of romantic mythological structure.Mr Wessell,in his book,not only for us to present a romantic poet image of Marx,and he further study of the Marx's important text in different periods,thus establish the generation of Marx's philosophy and romanticism,the close connection between mythological poetics.Based on this,this article aims to systematically expounds Wessell's romantic interpretation about Marx,objectively analyzes the Wessell's rationality and limitations of such a research path,and then clarify the idea of connection between Marx's philosophy and romanticism.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the theoretical background of Wessell himself,and explains his research style,research methods and his research overview of German romantic and Marx.The second chapter,based on the two works Wessell,namely "Karl Marx,Romantic irony,and the Proletariat------The Mythopoetic origins of Marxism" and "Prometheus Bound,the Mythic of Structure of Karl Marx's Scientific Thinking”,from this parts,the analysis in three aspects to express the Wessell's romantic interpretation of Marx.The third chapter mainly on the basis of the first two chapters,in combination with Marx's text interpretation Wessell construction of Marx's scientific thought myth poetic structure rationality and limitation,clarify the idea of connection between Marx and romanticism.
