Research On The Moral Education Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the acceleration of China's industrialization, urbanization and modernization, migrant workers considered as a whole unit in the past, have been divided into different groups according to the generation since China's "Opening and Reform" policy in1979. The new generation of migrant workers, as the new powers, is making a great contribution to China's socialist modernization. This thesis tries to study on the moral education of China's new generation of migrant workers, including four parts.Chapter one introduces the moral education of China's new generation of migrant workers, which mainly explores the concept and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, and the significance of the new generation of migrant workers from the perspectives of the construction of a harmonious society and new socialist rural area as well as the development of the new generation of migrant workers.Chapter two analyzes the main problems about moral abnormality among the new generation of migrant workers, including the lack of professional ethics and social morality consciousness, individual moral abnormality, the multi-views of marriage and love, and provides the corresponding reasons from the angles of social environment, moral education and their own qualities, etc.Chapter three explains the principles and contents of the moral education. The author provides three principles, including respect, pertinence and practice, which are used to guide the new generation of migrant workers, according to their characteristics. The moral education is carried out in the aspects of post loyalty, public life standards, personal morality and views on love and marriage.In Chapter four, the author explores the impact routes of the moral education. With the discussion of moral abnormality as supporting base, Chapter four explores new routes of the moral education for the new generation of migrant workers from the optimized social environment for moral education, the construction of network architecture and the innovative modes of moral education, etc.
