The research in the field of ethics, still less scholar has devoted to the moral identity in-depth and systematic research.Generation of migrant workers' education level, personality characteristics, urban identity, the demands of work life, political participation and so emerged the older generation of migrant workers are different from the olders'. Comparing with the older generation of migrant workers, the social environment is changing, and the survival of the new generation of migrant workers living are more complicated than in the past, because of the environment dramaticly changing, the promotion of reform, opening up and accelerate the transformation and globalization of social background,new generation of migrant workers in the social. So the cenozoic migrant workers have their own peasants unique brand of the times. They showed four groups of typical characteristics as follow:the times, development, double and marginal.The generation of migrant workers is a national industrialization and urbanization process of transformation in the transition to a generation of people. The value of diversity in this era, the traditional moral values will continue to be broken, the new moral values and challenges need to go all sides. The current ways to be expanded t need to be strengthen, the government shuld guide and promote their transition to the public for the ideological and moral generation of migrant workers' values.This dissertation in the field of ethical and moral questions of identity research perspective, the main purpose is to promote the new generation of migrant workers in the process of upgrading the public moral quality, ease identity crisis, maintain mental health and moral behavior, in order to promote the generation of migrant workers,and to build a harmonious social stability and development purposes.The paper studies on literature and numerous interviews with the research, the new generation of migrant workers in different regions of the state of comparative ethics, and drawed a conclusion that is important influence by the environment and the government obtained the new generation of migrant workers as moral education and guidance.This dissertation analysed the traditional moral constraints and the difficulties existing in a particular generation of migrant workers under the premise of this population,and then putting foreword should strengthen government management and enhance the moral education vocational school curriculum, and strengthen the ideological and political education, culture, and building community education. The measures such as moral education platform, which can play an active role in training for promoting and strengthening the new generation of migrant workers'moral identity and moral education.
